Swanky, upscale menus 71 floors up. Luxe eatery, bar & lounge on the 71st floor for high-end modern American cuisine & panoramic views.
This is a great place to take your out of town friends or family to experience dining in "the cloud". As the name implies, it sits on the 71st floor of the building. The view is amazing and the service from staff is top notch. The only let down is the food. It was quite salty. The food presentation is great however. Also, the fixed menu helps to take the guess out of the picture. The place is very popular and you need to make reservations. Valet parking only ($15) and $89 per person for 3 course meal (without wine).
The food was exceptional! The view was beautiful! The atmosphere was perfect! The service, however, was the BEST part of my experience! My group personally interacted with five different staff members and each was phenomenal. More than that was the front row seat we got to a couple with their infant who were demanding French fries or chicken nuggets for the little one. Our waiter took it in stride and suggested buttered noodles, roasted mini potatoes, grilled chicken cut small, among other age appropriate options the chefs could make work. He displayed impressive patience despite being verbally assaulted by these parents whom were very upset with this restaurant’s lack of chicken nuggets on hand.
Update: Loved it so much I came back in one week! The cod is SPECTACULAR!!! Spectacular. Food is great. Limited menu but the food is on point. The 3-course is $89. The view is just unbelievable. The only pain is that they open at 5pm and it is very difficult to find parking and they will not let you up until 5. Other than that everything was perfect!
Amazing views and the food was delicious. The overall ambience was nice and the threw course meal was reasonably priced. We ordered the handkerchief pasta and crispy octopus for out first course which were both good. For our mains we had the Murray cod which was perfectly cooked and the grilled ribeye. Both were delicious and perfectly cooked. For dessert we had the hazelnut opera which was nice but could do with more chocolate.
Absolutely stunning views along with awesome service and food was Delicious!! We reserved the edge dining seat and was well worth it. Kinda pricey, but we’ll worth the experience. Good place to get away from all the hustle and bustle and relax.
I came here for my birthday to treat myself. Very expensive but also very exclusive. Was worth it for a special treat to eat the limited menu offerings, but the chefs are legit. The view is amazing. It was nearly $100 per person. I like that everybody dressed up in the restaurant to keep the place classy and upscale. Just because you can afford it doesn't mean you should not be respectful to the establishment and other clients. It is an experience. I brought my service dog with me and they were accommodating. Our server was honest about recommendations so no one was disappointed in their choice.
Amazing experience. Definitely pricey, but worth it for the all encompassing experience. The drink was delicious, each course of the meal was amazing, and the view was breathtaking! We had a late reservation, so we had to valet pari. But its still wasn't too bad. We were there for 2 hours and it was $10.50 The wait staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The ambience is absolutely wonderful. No words to describe it. I read all of the reviews prior to attending this dinner and would have to agree it really is a special place. The staff will tend to your needs and will accommodate you. We requested window seat and our request was honored. Thank you for making this occasion wonderful. The only thing was the temperature of food, it is not warm enough. Taste could be improve on certain dishes. Cocktails are amazing. View on views on views. You really are 71 above when dinning here. Parking is $15. Expect an automatic gratuity of 18%
