Only three ingredients and no ice cream machine — really. This is the simplest chocolate ice cream you’ll ever make. Read on and see how easy it is.

Ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Place the heavy whipping cream and the sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Whip them together until the mixture holds soft peaks and becomes thick and creamy.

If you have strong arms you can use a whisk, but an electric hand mixer makes the job faster and easier. Continue beating until the cream is noticeably thickened.
Next, add about one cup of chocolate-hazelnut spread to the whipped mixture.

Gently fold the chocolate spread into the whipped mixture until it is evenly incorporated and smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or a plastic container, spreading it evenly.

Cover the pan with parchment or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Making it the night before means it’s ready the next day.

After freezing, scoop and serve. This is genuinely the world’s easiest chocolate ice cream.
