Chef Atienzo's new menu is a flavorful delight! His offerings are an upscale and creative take in many of my favorite foods! The best flan I've ever had!

Excellent! Had a great pre-theatre meal here with a friend and it was very good! Had a orrichiette pasta with lamb that hit the mark! Finished with a coconut Gelato that was delicious!

This was my second time dining here. The first was the first night this chef started and the food we got was delicious. The kitchen was clearly in the weeds as there was a huge gap between ordering and our apps and.... eventually being told the chef had injured himself and no more food would come out. This time I allowed 2 hours to eat. Order was taken fast. Apps came quickly and with extra forks and spoons to serve since we were sharing everything. Before we were done with them the entrees were dropped with no extra utensils (in covid times do you expect your guests to put their forks in a communal dish?). There wasn't even a spoon to eat the broth with the fish. We had to ask twice for water refills before we were delivered the bottles of water left on each table. We ate very slowly and were done with an hour to go so we wanted dessert. Took forever to get our waiter, then forever to get coffee and eventually the dessert arrived at 740. The spoon to eat it with came only after I requested it. (The shaved ice was so good, but would have been better if I hadn't had to inhale it and get to the will call office to be on time for curtain.) The table nearest us was begging to have their order taken at 7 and their wine took 20 minutes because apparently all the beverage orders got given to the bartender at once. They were eating fast at ten til and hoping their check would arrive soon. This is such a shame because the location is lovely and outdoors and so incredibly convenient. And this chef is turning out terrific food. But at around 100 bucks a person out the door they must do better. It's not as though it's a surprise that every table must be finished and gone by 8pm. Two chances is plenty.

The egg rolls were the best. We had a wonderful waiter, Damian = he was working 7 tables, but was always caring. I didn't love the food, but would come back to try a new chef and I hope Damion will still be there!

Good food, but this is in the Music Center where the pressure is to get food out quickly so people can get to their seats, so it's not exactly fine dining.

Small quick scene with good music and great food. That staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We’re excited to go back again, rotating chefs means there will always be something new to try.

The service was EXCELLENT! Gosh we loved every worker who we interacted with. So polite, friendly, and accommodating. We just had 45 minutes to eat something before the show and they treated us so quickly and efficiently. The restaurant is beautiful, streamed lined minimalistic decor. We had the salad, which was a bit flavorless (please note), and the fried chicken. The latter was superb. We will be back! Thank you guys. Pics taken with Pixel 4xl

Abernethy’s is amazing!!! This is the new restaurant at The Music Center and it’s super unique because the chef/ cuisine is scheduled to change every 3 months. The first chef is Shirley Chung and, as we know from top chef and Ms. Chi, her food is INCREDIBLE! I’m 100% obsessed with the citrus radish, baby carrots and kung pao tofu. I’m pescatarian and there were a lot of menu items that fit my dietary needs, as well as plenty for my vegan and gluten free friends as well. Can’t wait to try what’s next!
