American Deli

The only thing that would make this place better is them closing for good. I’m from Atlanta and this specific location does a disservice to the American Deli brand. The customer service is missing the service part, the food is mid at best and there is a severe lack of seasoning being used. I ordered whiting that came out rock hard and inedible, only to be returned with 0 seasoning. They don’t do exchanges or refunds so order at your own risk if you have money to waste.

This place is EVERYTHING! Introduced to them in Atlanta but found them in LA last week. I WAS SO SURPRISED & DELIGHTED, thought for sure I would have to return to ATL to have the experience again. The Wet Lemon Pepper Wings are FIYAH ?.....AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE! I'm sure other things are good too, but it's the wings for me!!! It's a take-out only joint and the waiting area offers no seating of comfort.... but believe me IT'S WORTH IT!

The hot wings and fried rice was definitely delicious! If you aren't used to being in a lowkey spot in a iffy area then you might wanna just order. ?

I've been coming to the spot for over 2 years.. I always order a 20-piece Wing or 15 piece wing... When I order a large amount of wings they usually put the celery and carrots in a separate container. (So it equals to about 10 to 15 pieces of carrots and celery) I noticed this time they put the celery inside the container with the food and it was only five pieces of vegetables. When I asked for more celery and carrots they told me they had to charge me... Which has never happened to me before in my two years of service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that I was wrong and insulted my intelligence,(by telling me maybe when I order from before I asked for more on the side, and that has never ever been the case..

Worst place ever the Mexican girl in the front got a bad attitude skinny with tattoos straight a b**** had to wait all day for my food very rude customer service will not be back

Loved the Philly cheese steaks I got delivered from American Deli, took them to a Dodger game to eat and they were great ?

Wings are great. But the customer service sucks. The ladies here are rude and they have no manners at all. Also they never have the food ready, if you order over the phone they tell you 15-20 mins, and when you get there they still tell you to wait 8-10 more minutes. It’s ridiculous!
