This place is absolutely fantastic! The wait staff is amazing, attentive, with above and beyond customer service, courteous and quite knowledgeable of the menu. The Mac & cheese is the best I have ever had, next to my moms of course. The brisket is seasoned and flavorful, Deviled eggs with just a hint of curry to blast off the taste try it ) My Cosmopolitan was just what I needed to end my day. It’s a perfect spot for after work meet-up for excitable food and tasty drinks. PS The sauce used on the wings can be purchased, just ask your waiter for the Alabama sauce.

If you’re a meat lover you will probably love it here. The meals are very hearty. I can do with or without meat which is probably why I didn’t love it. I was hoping one of the sauces would’ve been that sweet BBQ sauce flavor but they all had a bit of a spice and kick to them. The Brussels and Apple salad was ok. I was interested in trying the peanuts and cola pie as that’s their signature and unique dessert. I loved the authentic story behind the development of the dessert, but in itself I didn’t think it was that special. It was extremely rich, like way too rich- a very think, creamy texture. I did like the peanut brittle crunch. My favorite thing was the buttermilk biscuit.

We were staying near by and stopped by here for a quick brunch. It’s a very spacious venue and definitely good for a big group or even with strollers. The menu is simply bbq and everything we had there was great. Though my absolute favorite was actually beignet. It was really well done and I would go back just for that too. Corn bread is also very moist and might have been the best I’ve ever had.

The staff greeted us and sat us right away. We did have a reservation so that probably helped. Everyone was super friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. Several of us had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and since we're from Texas we have some high standards for this dish. It was fantastic! And it turns out the chef is also from Texas so that's why it tasted like home. Definitely check this restaurant out if you're in the area!

Great southern BBQ spot in Battery park city. Big selection of liquor, beer and cocktails. Lunch menu is great and happy hour is daily from 3-7pm. Good choice of smoked meat nice selection of sandwiches and good amount of sides. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Let me start by saying that the biscuits at Blue Smoke are the best I've ever had in the entirety of my life. They are crunchy, buttery, lightly honeyed deliciousness on the entire outside, top and bottom, and fluffy, heavenly perfection inside. So effing good! I would come back, repeatedly, just to eat the biscuits. Every. Single. Day. Forever. Also, they're HUGE and I don't understand how they even exist. Seriously though, everything we had was wonderful. The Alabama White Wings were super flavorful inside and out and cooked just right, not gooey at all. The Buttermilk Chicken Bites were absolutely ideal and exactly the flavor I dream of when I fantasize about buttermilk chicken; beautiful, flaky crust and tender, juicy white meat. The macaroni and cheese and collared greens were remarkable sides, worthy of the dishes they accompanied. I loved this place!!!

My S/O and I loved all the food we had at Blue Smoke. We tried a couplw of their drinks and their desserts, as well. Amazing service form our waiter (I wish I took note of his name)! He was very attentive and recommended a lot of items that complement what we had on our table. Will come back for sure!

Great barbecue. Delicious cocktails and friendly staff. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant, makes the atmosphere so much nicer. Hands down one of the best mac snd cheese I have had at a restaurant. Also best beignets outside of New Orleans.
