Relaxed option for fish, oysters & more. Local chain serving a wide variety of seafood dishes in a relaxed, nautically themed space.
The staff was very friendly and just the right amount of attentive. We shared the Grilled Spanish Octopus. It was very good, not too tough and with an interesting mix of additions that surprisingly went very well with it. I had the Roasted Whole Fish, it was cooked perfectly, no need for the accompanying sauce. My wife had the Lemon Dill Halibut, the fish was great and the risotto had a great flavor but was a bit runny for my taste. All in all I would definitely recommend.
I must indulge. Not bad for Italian restaurant. The food was delicious especially the shrimp tacos with that sauce mmmmmm good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant with many pictures. Beautiful decorations all over the restaurant. They have special sections for private meetings. A bar. A sushi bar. What more can you ask? Everyone very friendly especially the waiter. The waiter took care of us and she met all of our expectations. She did a good job. The price was right. I truly recommend this place by all means. Just try the shrimp tacos you'll love em.
Excellent! I had the cioppino and split a bottle of wine with a table mate who had the cod and chips - that she loved! My wife had crab cakes, clam chowder and the asparagus risotto - she really like all 3 but thought the risotto was really rich. Service was OUTSTANDING. We had a 5:30 reservation (via Yelp) and had a table waiting for us at 5:20. Highly recommend.
If your looking for fresh seafood, amazing taste and top notch service look no further. This place surprised my wife and me with there amazing flavors and the atmosphere. Hands down recommend, we will be coming back and trying there sushi (we didn’t this time) but there appetizers are off the wall fresh and well portioned. Definitely 9.5/10 for me for seafood ?. That .5 goes to just a Little pricy but still well worth it.
If you're searching for exceptional seafood in the Valley of the Sun, you cannot pass up the Bluewater Grill. Finally a place whose chef knows how to prepare perfect swordfish and one where they keep it on the menu. Reservations recommended here, however, don't pass it up if you didn't plan ahead. Walk in and be served immediately at the bar and you'll be greeted by friendly, efficient staff who make you think you're their only customer. Ambiance is friendly, atmosphere is welcoming and feeling is upscale yet casual. Point to note. Don't pass up dessert! Key Lime Pie and bread pudding are good enough to write home about. Definitely deserves 5-Stars. We'll be back!
The waitress was great! I made the mistake of ordering the whole fish. Because I didn’t realize it would have a head and tails. Which in hindsight, of course it did. She was so accommodating, suggested the halibut, asked the kitchen to rush it so I could eat with my husband, and didn’t charge for my mess up. The halibut with mushroom risotto was delicious, beautifully plated and perfectly cooked. My husband had the fish and chips. The batter was light but well coated. The fries were okay, but nothing special. Tartar sauce was nice. I think it’s a $$$, instead of a 2, but good value. We would go back!
We hit the jackpot when we stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner. There was a long wait on Saturday evening, but it was worth wandering around in nearby cute shops to pass the time. The bread, clam chowder, sea bass, and cioppino were delicious, but it was the oysters that stole the show. When our waitress came to ask about dessert, we ordered another round of oysters instead.
Came here from out of town looking for good seafood and definitely found it! I got the barramundi and my boyfriend got the tuna melt, which he said was the best he's ever had. The margarita was good, the crab dip appetizer was really delicious, and the service was great. If I were to come to Phoenix again I would go back here in a heartbeat!
