We visited The Pearl for the first time 7/15/22 and decided to have lunch at The Broiler House. it was a great decision! The food was amazing! Classic dishes with a Texas twist made lunch a real treat! Recommended the Texas Caviar! The staff was great from the minute we walked in. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. We were able to meet the Executive Chef, Frank Hernandez. He took the time to chat with us and tell us about new dishes on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant and Chef Hernandez!
This is a really nice restaurant and bar in a very unassuming spot at the Pearl. Probably would have found it if I hadn't stumbled upon it. Had dinner here at the bar because you will need reservations on the weekend. But I will say that it was a great experience cause we got to talk with an amazing bartender here. She knew everything and have great suggestions on food and drinks. We had the best tasting salmon I've had. Wish i could've seen their upstairs too really take the place in. Maybe I can on my next visit back
This place has a wide range of food. Went back in December for a nice bite at night. They are normally packed so I recommend making a reservation. We got to eat at the bar and great service there. The drinks were amazing also!
Unassuming from the outside, stopped by for dinner on the patio. Knowledgeable server who was patient with our questions. Had the Sherry Salmon, my dad is from the PNW and he could not stop complementing the sauce and the sear on the salmon. He stated “better salmon than I can get in Seattle”. We also god the BLT, which brought the bacon, cooked perfectly. Toasty, chewy bread. Server recommended the potato salad and boy oh boy was it good. Didn’t have enough room for dessert this time, but based off these entrees, would be wonderful.
Two visits to the Pearl in one month. The first a dinner visit for a party of seven. Our server Malcolm was very attentive, well versed on the menu and offered exceptional service. The meal was very appetizing with a lovely presentation. For non pork eaters, put on your glasses and read the menu carefully?. The mashed potatoes and Brussel Sprouts contain pork ijs. Overall, this was a delightful dining experience. The second visit, lunch for a party of two. Both of us ordered a modified salad which were delivered incorrectly. We understood they were short staffed so it wasn’t a big deal. When the executive chef, Frank H., approached our table apologetic and accommodating, it was evident that he understood the importance of exceptional service. Chef Frank was amazing! The salads and desserts were very tasty, the atmosphere was lively with good music playing in the background, the patio was almost full, the bar area was energetic and there’s even patio dining upstairs for private parties. Cheers to another wonderful dining experience at the Boiler House ?
The restaurant’s service and food were fantastic! The food was incredibly tasty and well worth the price. As someone who’s worked in a restaurant, you can tell there’s effort and care regarding the quality and presentation of the food. What made it better was having a fantastic experience with the bartender, Luis! We sat at the bar and he was very friendly and helpful with finding drinks that matched our tastes. He was fun to talk to and knew the menu quite well. I’ll definitely come again during my next visit to SA!
Staff were attentive and welcoming. A small slip up with one of our meals (no eggs on the eggs Benedict) was quickly rectified. We felt well taken care of and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Highly recommend.
This was my second time here. The first was during brunch, which was great. This time I came for a birthday dinner. Let me just say that from the hostess, to the server, to the chef and kitchen staff... everyone had great attitudes and were very friendly. The steak melted in my mouth like butter... The sides were tasty, and the drinks were strong. ? The atmosphere is casual, but a business casual. It is in a perfect location at the Pearl. I would highly recommend it!
