The service was great here, and i never had to wonder where my waiter was. The atmosphere was lovely, and so was the food. My burger was very juicy and came with a literal mountain of fries lol. Good strong drinks here as well!

The food was good. The hen dish had no flavor. I expected more from the ceasar salad. The salmon was perfect. The service was horrible. It was because lack of people it was as if they didn't care. We waited a while for a server then when he did he barely spoke. It was like a freazy to cater to everyone else like the regulars. I don't go often but this definitely will be my last time.

This French restaurant has high end prices, yet very average quality and average tasting food. 1. The scallops were a bit over-salted. 2. The sauce that came with the steak frites was salty. The fries were overcooked, crunchy yes, but not fresh and crispy. 3. The braised short ribs were decent I suppose but still a bit over-salted. 4. The creme brulee's quality is like something you can get at a buffet, not a high end restaurant. The menu said vanilla bean creme brulee. However, the cream was a bit thick and it did not have vanilla bean nor did it even have the flavor of vanilla. The service was basic too, not bad, but not high end. Someone mentioned there's more of an older crowd here and I would agree. Anyway, I think there are better French restaurants in Houston. The price is definitely not worth the quality.

We dined in the patio. Tail end of summer so the weather was nice. Saturday night and the later it was the more the atmosphere resembled the front door of a very popular club. The beef bourguignon was amazing but not everyone had the same dining experience and the pound cake was stale... It’s a hot spot but it would be hard to call this fine French dining the way I experienced it. Still, a fun spot with fantastic food.

We ordered tuna tartare, bone marrow, frisée salad, French onion soup and the crème brûlée. Because it was a birthday, they also came out with a huge pile of pink cotton candy with a sparkler on top. The atmosphere was business casual with only the boisterously drunk man at the bar breaking the silence. Wait staff are quick and friendly. The item that killed it for us was the Tuna Tartare. It was refreshing, flavorful and just.. I could have eaten 4 of them as my main meal. The most disappointing was the bone marrow. Overall flavor was “okay” but portions were subpar. I understand not all bones are created equal, but we expected a little more substance when ordering. We were able to take the bones home for the pup, which made it more worth it for us. Second best was the French onion soup. The onions were cooked down to almost nothing. Plenty of cheese and the flavor was pretty good all around. The salad was about what you would expect, greens, croutons, fatty flavorful thick pieces of pork (like a bacon or belly cut chopped into bite sized pieces). The egg was perfectly poached. Dressing was light. Paired with a coffee stout and a modelo as our drinks. I would repeat our visit for the tuna alone. Left spending a little over $100 after tip for two people.

This is one of my favorite places to have a drink and relax! The food, drinks and ambiance is perfect! We had drinks here last weekend for my husbands birthday! They make an amazing espresso martini and have a great wine list! Also, one of the best places in Houston for people watching!

This place was real good until we have not as many nice new restaurant as we have now in Houston.. Typically folks who lives nearby comes over there now . Good busting place but now it seems they are getting behind. Same old menu and food quality drifting towards south. Place is totally run by South Americans . Hardly anything is French other than the menu. Over priced and no real quality. Even desert menu have only three choices. I went there many times but I feel like this place needs to be updated. Men’s Bathroom was filthy and outdated . I would not recommend to people who really wants to spend money and looking for a first class restaurant. Yes for chatting and causal sitting but not for serious dining anymore. Service was just an average not for any upscale restaurant. They served me a coffee with no spoon.

I have come here many times. But this weekend, this establishment exceeded the mark. I made a reservation for 9 for a birthday Sunday brunch; the management and staff made our time here amazing and our orders and food came out perfect! Highly recommend coming here for brunch, lunch, or dinner. A staple in Houston!
