New Gino's Opening in Atlanta: Unfortunately, the bad service at the very beginning outmatched everything else. After a 30-minute wait, we were told that we’d be seated next for a party of five. Another group walked in with a party of about eight: the manager came over and started having a conversation with them and found out they were from Chicago, and decided to seat them first. When we asked what was going on, no explanation. When we said we don’t want to eat there anymore, the manager apologized to us for the wait and got a table together in seconds for us. He kept coming to our table asking if everything was ok, but he knew that we were annoyed, irritated and felt slighted just by our facial expressions…it was patronizing. We only stayed because our friends were looking forward to eating there for weeks now, but the experience was sullied because of the way we were treated. By the way, I’m from Chicago too!! Not a good excuse and very unfair for this day and age. Unacceptable!!!

Bravo Restaurants is a family owned Chicago company that has been around for over 50 years. They must be doing something right.
