Been there on Monday night for my friends birthday dinner. The decor inside is so incredible, chic and cozy. I was really impressed and couldn’t get enough enjoying the vibes. Drink is really good and well decorated. I’m not very into their food, so we just ordered appetizer, drink and dessert. Service is also excellent, friendly and helpful. I put 4 stars because of the hostess, the lady is pretty rude to our group.
Pictures don't do this justice! The decor is so incredibly breathtaking that you have to see it in person. The vibe is also very chill and laid-back. I loved the music, although they do raise the volume at around 9pm, so it's a bit hard to have a conversation. Food was excellent and portions were bigger than I expected. I had the mushroom BAO bun and a roll of sushi which were more than enough. For dessert I had to try the mandarin! Everything was delicious! After supper, a few of us had a cocktail in the lounge. Great vibe there as well! This is a lovely place for a night out!
Came here for my friend’s birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8:30pm and they seated us at 9:30pm, but gave us a round of drinks, shots and sushi to compensate for having us wait. The food was excellent and so were the drinks! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. It’s very stylish and definitely on the dressier side. I would go again
Highly recommend! Food is very good, cocktails are great and the service was on point as well. The scallion noodles are a must, truffle tuna roll was very good and the fried rice with mushroom and truffle was great as well. The lamb chop was fall off the bone and I recommend trying that too. We will be back.
The service was 10/10. The ambience was 10/10. Wild mushrooms fried rice was delicious. Soft shell crab bun was excellent. A5 wagu crispy rice was average. Cocktails 10/10. So the reason for my 3 stars came down to the price. Food is over priced for average tasting food.
This is a stylish and fun restaurant for drinks and food either for a date or a girls night out. You are encouraged to order multiple dishes and share family style. The food was very expensive and subpar. The sushi was particularly disappointing - $50+ for spicy tuna with additional tuna and caviar on top. It sounded amazing, but honestly I couldn’t stomach more than 1 bite. The cocktails were delicious and legit but didn’t make up for the poor food. I would def come back for drinks!
Wish I followed other people’s review. The food is lackluster and overpriced. The service was also underwhelming. The appetizers or small plates were not good and definitely not worth the price for the portion and quality. The lamb shank was a heavy meal and filling on its own. So if you want to get your money’s worth, you should order that. The wagyu was flat and not at all worth it. If you get seated in the main area you will enjoy a lot of the experience but those are usually larger groups so small groups may be seated away from where most of the decor are which is a big sell for the place.
Second time back here, but this time was for their 2023 nyc winter restaurant week since they’re participating in the $60 3-course/person dinner (call to confirm or check website which days the restaurant week menu is valid for). The items that I ordered was amazing and met expectations like the first time I visited. Luckily, I went there a little hungry or else I probably would not have been able to finish the 3 courses. I think the price person greatly varies between what you order and how much you can eat/drink. Keep in mind, this place caters to those who are willing to spend more to dine (i.e. corporate people/execs & etc).
