We had a wonderful evening at Carcara to celebrate my birthday. The service was impeccable. There were several managers there and a lot of new staff being trained, so definitely a lot of growth since their opening. The ambience was great. Even though it was the middle of summer, the outdoor area was very cool and pleasant. We really enjoyed the live music and wish he could have played past 7. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The restaurant is right next to the Herberger, so it would be a great place to dine before a play. What a nice, elegant addition to the downtown Phoenix!

New restaurant at the Sheraton downtown, which opened in March 2022. Atmosphere was very spacious with an open concept. Many beverages to choose from. Decent selection on the menu and not a lot of items, leaving you confused by what to pick. When your bill is presented, they bring the table a bowl of cotton candy to enjoy. I would definitely return and recommend visiting.

We were initially drawn in by the decor and atmosphere. The outdoor space is so inviting and trendy! When we learned that the restaurant had only been open for 11 days, I was a little skeptical about what to expect from service and food. But it FAR exceeded expectations. Delicious drinks, amazing entrees and dessert, and great service (dawn was amazing). The scallops were perfect and combined flavors I never would have considered. Overall it was a great evening and will definitely be recommending it to others!

The food is delicious! There was no space to get a table, so I had to order go except the strawberry salad. Harvest bowl is great too. Service is wonderful. There is an outdoor lounge with fire pits - cozy night out.

We’ve been dying to try this place and it did not disappoint. What a cool spot for people watching and such positive vibes, the ambiance- the patio is beautiful-kinda felt like I was eating at a West Elm. Now the food - yum- yum- worth the pricing, short rib succotash (circus in my mouth) and the ribeye (cooked to perfection) my inner fat girl however, absolutely loved the garlic truffle French fries! Dog friendly and the staff was more than accommodating. If you want amazing service - ask for Tyrone.

Super great drinks! Loved the Arizona themed drinks they had. Wasn’t able to try the food this time but the staff were all super friendly and the whole space was open and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back soon.
