We had Dim Sum on a Sunday at 9:30am. We were seated immediately. We received our dim sum very quickly. We enjoyed the the the large baked bbq pork buns the most. Freshly made still warm and the buns were soft. Not the best dim sum but good enough.

Ok to decent dim sum at a fair price. The service was incredibly fast, the tea was nice and hot, and the different dumplings were mostly alright. Honestly for its price I think its pretty fair, but just don't expect to be blown away by any of the food.

Cbs offers the typical Dim Sum menu and get this they even use a cart. It’s been a while since I’ve had dim sum but I absolutely love love it! Their menu is on the smaller side which I can appreciate! Side story….. Last year, I was in Hawaii visiting family, my cousin told me that 7-eleven added lop Cheung Bao which translates to Chinese Sausage Buns, it’s an old school treat that one seldom sees anymore. The buns are made with fluffy steamed all-purpose Chinese bun dough with a delicious sweet, savory, salty link of cured Chinese sausage. I knew I had to get these in my belly right away. The first bite was heaven the sweet and salty combination with the somewhat greasy sausage that was soaked up by the dough was superb! On that trip I must’ve stopped at 7-eleven 5x.. Anyways, I was so happy to see that CBS carries these!! They also have a take-out side that sells dim sum for much cheaper because your not sitting inside with a white table cloth setting and enjoying tea. But now I know I will definitely have to come back for these and of course the shumai and they even have noodles for a good price.

Was a very disappointing meal. My wife ordered the chef special chicken and got half a boiled chicken. I had shrimp with crispy noodles was ok but had no flavor.

Accidentally came here looking for a different spot. Not disappointed. Tasty dim sum. I tried har gow, shao mai, and a baked and steamed bun. Lots of other dim and food choices.

After the change of ABC Seafood restaurant to just a to go store front. This as been my go to for dim sum in Chinatown LA! I've never had to wait more that 10 minutes to get seated and the dim sum carts are very attentive to the guests so getting what you want is as easy as asking if it's available that day. Normally, they'll have most of the staples, but for a bit more or less popular things like congee, sautéed tripe, or veggie dumpings they may or may not have it. There are times they wont have it on the carts but they'll just make it per request (probably need to ask nicely ;)). Parking can be a bit complicated since their parking lot is a bit small, but if you're getting dimsum in the AM there shouldnt be that much of a problem to either get lot or street parking (just be mindful of the meters and street signs!). Theres also a pay lot accross the street so there's always something to fall back on if you want to just not deal with it!

Everything that was ordered was phenomenal. The walnut shrimp was so good we had to get two orders. The Chinese broccoli was so tender, and the sweat rice cake was such a perfect way to end the meal. Our server was working the room so fast on the busy Sunday that we went but she was quick and professional. Can't wait to go back!

I don't believe I have anything bad to say about CBS Seafood Restaurant. Visiting Los Angeles and thought this would be the perfect place to go. The price per items were very good compared to other places I have visited in my home town. I ordered (2) Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Egg Rolls, Orange Chicken, Shrimp and Leek Dumplings, Beef Noodle, and Fried Shrimp Rolls. ALL the food that was ordered is delicious. The services was fast. Staff members were very kind and friends. Food was hot and fresh. I have provided pictures of most of the items I ordered. If anyone is in the area, would recommend stopping here. Great food at great prices.
