What a great fun place to go. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktail choice is second to none and worth the visit for sure. You'll definitely pay more here but at least you know what you're getting into. I don't like their 90 minute rule because if I'm spending the money on their drinks for more than 90 minutes I don't see why they would want to kick us out. There are three amazing bars within this one venue and we really look forward to checking out the other two. It's a bit out of the way for us but worth it and will be back.

Platform 18 was incredible - I truly felt like I was transported to a different time! The service, the drinks, the ambiance, all were absolutely top notch. I can’t wait to return. Worth noting that reservations are highly suggested - I booked about a week out and I was glad that I did.

Checked out Platform 19. It has a train atmosphere. If you like taste of alcohol try Hot Pants. If you don't try French 75 Sorbet.

I want to say that I really used to love this place, as I have been coming for years, for birthdays, for anniversaries, you name it. Unfortunately as of recently a lot of what made Century Grand so special has been removed or replaced to satisfy a broader audience and to turn people out more quickly. I understand a business is a business, but this really hurt. You will find that the menus are no longer inspiring and creative storytelling books filled with dozens of unique cocktails, it is now a single sheet of paper, which may be a win for some, but huge loss for those that fell in love with the uniqueness and craft nature of the bar. There is now a much smaller selection of cocktails at each place, and the adventurousness and display of the cocktail itself has been toned down significantly. My guess is that this was done to either cut costs, or to cater to a wider audience. While the cocktails are still satisfying, century grand used to be the best place in Phoenix for cocktails, and now I feel that only their ambiance makes them unique now unfortunately, the cocktails just aren't what they used to be. Maybe it's getting too busy to create those special cocktails for everyone, I understand a business has to make improvements where it can. I hope this place finds a way to satisfy both their new audience and the old in the future.

It was a cool experience but I actually think the other two experiences in Century Grand are better and also better drinks. Was fun though!

Made reservations, arrived early and waited to be sat for quite some time. We were sat 15 minutes late. No big deal….. ordered drinks and had a great time. Right at the 90 more minute mark (from when our reservation was “supposed” to have begun, the wait staff turned very rude and aggressive even though we had been sat 15 minutes late. Very bad service. Especially given the price point. Not pleased. Won’t return.

So cool to have a themed bar like this in Phoenix. My city keeps getting cooler with places like this! Try the "Blame it on the Dutch" A true cocktail journey!

Such a fun experience on the train at platform 18. It truly feels like you are riding a train as you sit by the windows with a screen playing of landscape passing by. The drink list can be a bit overwhelming but the servers are great and pointing you in the right direction. When you sit down you get a glass of champagne and you finish with a chocolate truffle. I would definitely go back.
