Chipotle Mexican Grill

The customer service in the beginning was not very pleasant. I didn't appreciate being served a bowl of cold food. The only toppings I requested cold was lettuce, tomato and cheese. The beans, rice and meat was cold. The chicken was over cooked and the steak was fatty no lean meat. However the steak did taste good. I love the chips, when they are fresh. I may try this location again in the future but not anytime soon.

The food is great but the restrooms are dirty the floors are sticky like they haven’t mopped in a long time and all the tables are dirty if you come make sure you bring your own rags to clean your table when you buy a large bag of chips make sure it is a large one because all they do is give you a large bag but with medium chips inside. And when they’re assisting you they look at you horrible what do you want and if you don’t hurry it up to water they get mad. My suggestion I would go to the one in Bethany home and 19th Ave. it’s clean it’s great people great customer service

Not as great as it used to be. Guy behind the counter just changed tasks 5 times with the same gloves. All tables remained dirty during my entire stay.

I did not give this location five stars for two reasons... The staff was not friendly in fact they seemed a little annoyed that we were there. This is my third visit to this location and for some reason it's always the same. The other reason I did not give them five stars is the amount of food you get... It's bad enough they've raised the prices due to inflation but now they're giving smaller servings. I ordered the same thing and it most Chipotle's give me 1 and 1/2 to 1 and 1/4 scoops of chicken in my chicken bowl. Every time I go to this location I get a little over half to 3/4 of a scoop. Just a pinch of cheese maybe a teaspoon worth and a sprinkle of lettuce. The last two times I've asked for a little more cheese the young ladies actually seemed annoyed as if I was at their house and they were having to share their food with me. I believe this will be the last time we ever visit this location. Strike 3, you're out.

The service was amazing!!!! I loved the girl who made my food. She was super nice, friendly and just amazing. Everyone in the service industry should be modeled off her customer service! Also, the best guacamole here and it's always clean.

Very disappointed in this location. Even though they were busy, when you see you're getting low on product,meat veggies etc, refill it! Don't wait until there is none left and try to give a customer a few strands of veggies. The lady called out for more veggies and the veggies were cold and raw. The bottles of Tabasco sauce were all empty and there was lots of trash in the area where you get your drinks, napkins, and eating utensils. I feel like I wasted my $12 today on a sub-par lunch.

The portions are definitely not what they used to be, I feel like the same burrito I have ordered for years is half the size it used to be. The rice seems less seasoned also, where's the cilantro and lime? I'm always on the fence about getting salsa because it is so overpowering to the flavors of the meat/rice/beans since the seasonings have tapered off

I do like Chipotle, and two workers that were working did very well with how many people had come in. They held it down, so kudos to them. I just didn't like the guacamole because I took a bite and there was a piece of avocado that still had part of the pit and the skin on. I thought that was the only piece but I found several pieces of hard skin still in. Other than that I loved it.
