Sleek French bistro with an open kitchen. French-inspired bistro fare is served at this upscale mall spot with modern decor & an open kitchen.
I was able to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day dinner and this place was a treat. I dined in many Michelin starred restaurants worldwide and if the Michelin guide decides to visit Phoenix, Christopher’s will definitely get a star. The location and the panoramic views are stunning, ambience is classy, elegant, romantic and dark. They have an open kitchen concept where you can take a glance at the Chefs in action. Chef tasting menu was exquisite, food was cooked to perfection with great techniques and attention to details. We liked all of our courses pretty much, presentation and platting was beautifully crafted, my favorite was the 7 day dry aged Duck course. Service was impeccable and staff was professional yet friendly and knowledgeable about courses and wine choices. Desserts were plenty, delicious and Valentines’s day themed. I went for the wine pairing and choices were good but that’s an area that could improve I think. I got to chat with the General manager at the end, she’s such a cool lady and knowledgeable about the restaurant industry, she gave me some recs for my next NYC trip. Overall, a Michelin star experience and definitely will go back, may be during the day to enjoy the view more.
This is an incredible experience of different and familiar foods and ingredients. The service was smooth and nothing but frictionless. This is a place you go to if you are celebrating or you want to experience the true definition of fine dining. The dishes were great, be prepared to be full although the portions look small. Do not be deceived. Christopher himself came and said hello we had a lovely conversation about Paris and his business. I do hope they receive a Michelin star at some point. We had 8 course and I have to say we were full and ready to sleep. The wine and drink pairing was exquisite! Definitely coming back again.
So many memories stirred up last night as we celebrated our anniversary at Christopher’s. Food has a power beyond measure. Christopher’s is among the finest dining experiences of our lives. Set within a magnificent view inside an elegant glass-walled structure, this thoroughly unique multi-sensory experience has been on our bucket list for quite some time. On this rainy day, we were greeted by a rainbow and were seated within arm’s reach of Alice Cooper’s table (how cool is that?). Opting for the classics menu, we were immediately blown away by all the fine details. Avant-garde dishes that showcase an artistic emulsion of molecular gastronomy skills, this sexy and refined experience was a perfect storm of restaurant greatness without being overly nostalgic. Kudos to the chef/server who mixed up an off-menu blackberry old fashioned at the request of my husband. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
Superb dining experience in every way. Presentation of each course was a work of art without pretension. Each bite sublime. The view was breathtaking, the ambiance sophisticated and lively, but the pace refreshingly relaxed. The staff was simply the best and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and appreciated. Worth every penny.
Sheer bliss, absolute perfection! This is the spot if you’re looking for an unforgettable meal. They made my mom feel so special for her 90th birthday.
Lunch or dinner, you can’t go wrong. Fantastic views of the city from this jewel box of a restaurant with floor to ceiling windows letting that spring breeze slip thru. Each dish—delicious, each detail—delightful.
A beautiful setting. A bit pricey, but treat yourself.
My first visit was two years ago and everything was first rate! My husband's 70th! Limo and all! My daughter turned 40 and we did the limo and dinner again. Both visits were right before Christmas. This year's visit was very disappointing. The food was not up to the standards of two years previous. Service was "extremely" slow but our servers were fantastic to us. Disappointed with most of the food that I sampled. My Scallops were tasty but have had better. I expected them to be great. The women's bathroom was out of order, so we had to go upstairs to the ones there. For such a well-known establishment, I was sad not to have been wowed as I was two years previously. Will not return. Sad for me to say.
