Great brunch cocktails, we got the strawberry basil martini and Bloody Mary. We ordered the crispy pork belly hash and the pecan pie French toast. The potatoes were nice and crispy, and they paired well with the strawberry ketchup. The French toast looked like it would be crispy but was still soggy from the eggs. We would definitely go back to try the Dutch baby!
Couldn’t find a parking spot near the place we wanted to go to, so kept driving and ended up here. A lot of parking spots. We noticed the place has a decent patio and decided to give it a try. We came around 2 pm, just the time when the kitchen was closing for brunch. I got some crispy pork belly hush and some of my friends ordered burgers. The food was ok. They complained about the size, but In my opinion for that price it is ok. The menu you can find online is not updated obviously. No vegan options. My partner wanted to get fries at least, but they said the kitchen is closed at that time. No big choice of coffee. Just a regular one. No latte or mocha. Can’t say I would recommend this place. Staff was nice!
Small menu but to the point. Cheese board and Langos was delicious fun spin. Great drink selection. Stellar service! Very friendly, clean, and swift service. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Dimly lit for perfect cozy vibes.
We ate here early in the pandemic and they had a menu the size of the Cheese Cake factory. They have since really condensed it and it is really an amazing transformation. We've been 3 times in the last 2 months and everything is amazing. The waitstaff is attentive and does a great job. We like to sit at the bar and the bartender is knowledgeable and they have some European beers I normally don't see on the menu. It's one of our favorite places in the neighborhood.
First visit. Parked for free a block away. Sat outside. Casual atmosphere. Not crazy, but a lively crowd. All seats filled around 7:30pm on a Saturday. Service was very friendly. Decent beer and cider selection and you can choose a custom flight of either. The mussels were excellent (outstanding broth) and were a fair appetizer for 4 people. I ordered the fish and chips. The portion was sizeable, the batter was crispy and the fish, flaky and not too fishy tasting. The chip (fries) seemed hand cut, but even though I ordered them crispy, they weren't that crispy. Other than that very good experience. I'd go again.
Very nice ambience, staff, plating, etc. Easy street parking on surrounding blocks. Online reservation was smooth. I liked being able to make the reservation overnight for early morning. Ate with a small group outside. Seating is comfortable and covered. Creative menu!
We have been talking about Cobblestone ever since we left. We will be back soon. Mainly for the beef tartare. I will never forget that beef tartare. I was hesitant to like this place. I did not want to like it. I had a deep love for Monty Gaels. However, Cobblestone is wonderful. Great patio! Great food! Great drinks! Great staff! If you are considering Cobblestone, do it and get the beef tartare. You won't be disappointed!
Everything about this place is right. From feeling welcome to the attentiveness of the servers, and the unbelievably delicious food ... together an experience I soon won't forget. The pork tenderloin was superb as was the Cauli mac and I just couldn’t get enough of the beef tartare. And the cocktails are made to perfection – the Old Havel can easily become an old habit. Caleb even made me a Mint Julep upon request. Andy, the GM, has hired a great staff of dedicated professionals. Quite the restaurant experience!
