Overall great experience! The atmosphere was amazing when visiting on a weekend night. They had a great live music with a mix of Spanish and English classics. Enchiladas are definitely a go-to! Would definitely go once again!

So cliche to say I would give more stars, i I could, I would! The service, atmosphere, food and drinks were incredible! Our server Karen made several suggestions that were spot on! We dined Al fresco, Karen was very attentive and very friendly. This was a great date night!

Cuishe Cocina Mexicana was a very cute restaurant with interesting selections. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. I had the flautas and they were crispy and had a nice blend of flavors. The next time I'm in town, I'd like to try something else on the menu because there were so many things that looked interesting.

My wife and I chose to dine here Friday night based on distance to our hotel (across the street). Wow! What an extraordinary surprise! This place had a great ambiance, excellent food and the service offered by Roberto rocked! Highly recommend it if you're in the mood to experience Central Mexican cuisine.

Excellent food and mixed drinks!! It's a bit hidden in the St. Paul Square area and I was hesitant to try it but I'm glad I did. The wait staff were friendly and gave excellent advice on foods for vegetarian options and spicy dishes. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Mexican food and drinks just a short walk from the river walk and hotels. Tried three different tequila drinks and loved all of them. For the food, we had the Cuishe Esquite and the Pulpo (octopus) tacos. Everything we tried was excellent and made from scratch. Staff was super helpful and made great recommendations. Do yourself a favor and walk over here from the river walk...it will be worth it!!

Great food! And excellent drinks! The service was absolutely great! Our waitress was a sweetheart! Constantly checking on us and making sure we were good ?

When we visited, the restaurant was desolate but service was terrible. We sat for at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to check on us. That aside, the food and drinks were lovely. We tried a few small plates and shared some things and they were all great.
