Amazing play area for adults and children. Really good food and beverages. Lots of sights and public art. Philadelphia is a diverse city ?? God Bless our Nation!
Got a Bavarian pretzel from the side stand, it was lukewarm and soaking wet - not sure if it was wet with water, or butter?? Either way, not great.
Truly disappointed. I have been here about 5 times within the last month. Up until today, I have enjoyed the food. Today, my mouth was watering because I was looking forward to the cheesesteak egg rolls. They usually give you 2 nice size egg rolls cut in half. Today I received 5 tiny spring rolls, nowhere near the equivalent to the egg rolls last week. I get inflation, but this is ridiculous! Only because I was in a rush did I continue eating my food. But never again. Also, their sign says that fries can be added on ANY item for $3. However, they will not honor that. Instead they pick and choice which item to honor. This is just all around bad business. NEVER coming back. It’s just a waste of money.
Unfortunately i had a terrible experience at this place. Being a vendor at Christmas Village i used to buy breakfast and coffee every morning from them and was using their bathroom as a customer. But one time they didn’t let me use their bathroom “just because “. Two ladies who work there was rude and ignorant and was giggling at me when I asked their names. When i told them i am a regular customer they didn’t care, they were just ignored all my questions and didn’t even look at me. Manager Heather did nothing for me as she arrived. I asked her to show me the paperwork and policy, she said they don’t have anything. I told her i am a regular customer but she didn’ Care. I am a business owner and i know that customer service and being nice to people is everything.Unfortunately this place have no customer service and have no soul! They rather will loose their regulars than let them use their bathroom! Shame on you! Btw bagels are hard as rock and never fresh!
Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say. Friday morning about 8:50 am I was walking by and noticed the place (don't come downtown much) so I decided to get a snack and maybe a hot beverage. I don't know if my apparence played a role in this lady's rudeness, but I did have a medium size afro where usually my hair is neat but I took it out the night before. I was next in line, and this lady just looked at me and what I would describe in her eyes looked like disgust and said "what are you getting" Now I know that doesn't sound bad but you would have to be there and see her look and hear her tone. I had my debit card in my hand and I just said you know what I'm good and turned around and proceeded to walk to the exit. She kinda did a little heh(giggle) and said ok. I don't want to seem overly sensitive but I know when someone is being ignorant. And being that I am a business owner myself@ Pristine Gutter Services LLC, I also know the importance of being friendly whole heartedly when dealing with the general public. I hate giving negative reviews but this lady hurt my feelings and is the main reason I didn't get to taste what looked like some delicious food! Kenneth,
The burger was as good as any restaurant, and the service was pleasant and efficient. Lovely place!
Had a burger just out of curiosity at Air Grille. They give you two patties, which were of a grey tone and shade. I just hope I don't get sick after a couple of hours later.
Asked to purchase a cup of ice...being as tho it was 94 degrees outside. The gentleman at the front tells me he doesn’t sell ice, so I’m like...can I have a cup of ice, he tells me ice is for his iced beverages ? I leave and tell another(Caucasian) person what had happened...he says I’ll see if he’ll give me the ice!! It was surprising he came back out with a cup of ice for me.smh this place has more problems than just rudeness, and ignorance... but racial discrimination as well.
