Given the legendary status of this place, I came here with guarded expectations. How could hot dogs be THAT good? But I think El Caprichoso really stood out and met those high expectations. The hot dogs were wrapped in bacon, fried to perfection and not overly salty. The bread was crispy and wonderfully toasted. Loved the creamy texture conferred by the mayo, cojita, beans, and avocado. And not to mention the spicy kick conferred by roasted peppers. So good! As good as a hot dog can ever get

Pretty good place here’s the menu updated all the pictures you see are from a year ago or more last time we were here gigs were only $3.50 and even though they’re 5 bucks the quality still pretty consistent. Take cash if you don’t want to pay extra for using your card

My boyfriend loves eating here, he always orders like 3 hot dogs just for himself. Personally me I don't like them but I'm writing this review from his opinion. I got the nacho chips and they weren't that good. Almost tasteless aside from the jalapeños

First time having a Sonoran Dog and it did not disappoint. Service was friendly and fast and food was hot. Parking can be a bit of a hassle and you may find yourself blocked in depending on when you go, but that speaks to how amazing this place is. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the Phoenix area.

Great tasting hotdogs! They remind me of home. Plenty of big and fairly quick service. Busy place for sure. It’s a must when in Phoenix!

Creative huge hotdogs . Decent hotdogs doesn't leave much of a for a flavor pallet . High traffic very busy.

These are the best hot dogs I have ever had. The service is great but if you call the order in you will still have to wait. Overall pretty good!
