Recently are here for Houston Restaurant Weeks. Customer service was amazing. The bartender allowed me to taste test two different wines to determine which I wanted to order. I absolutely loved my food selections. Everything was flavorful and delicious. I love when a restaurant understands what a “medium” cooked steak means. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning to try other menu items.
Absolutely amazing experience. The restaurant building itself was the perfect mood and the decor was on point and I loved the music that kept it lively! I ordered the Eloise burger, and when I tell you this was the best burger I’ve ever had, I’m not lying. My eyes watered when I took the first bite. The drinks were great, the food was amazing, the fries were perfect, and just overall cannot be happier. Our server Victor was great he was timely, polite, concise, and very professional. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
What a great breakfast and brunch spot with (gasp) plenty of parking even in the Uptown/Galleria area. Warm and inviting with a varied menu to please everyone at your table, from avocado toast to some truly outstanding grits. Looking forward to another visit soon. Five stars.
The decor and ambience of the restaurant are on point. The Decour is very trendy while still being classically beautiful. The staff was very friendly. However, the brunch menu is pretty limited. That’s not an issue if the limited menu is done to perfection. However when you have a limited menu and the food is just OK that’s where the ball is dropped. We ordered a children’s waffles and berries breakfast, a mushroom omelette, and chicken and waffles. We also ordered a couple signature cocktails. The children’s waffles were overdone and borderline hard. The waffles in the chicken and waffles were the same type of overdone. The chicken was mildly overdone and lacked adequate seasoning. The omelette was incredibly bland. We had asked multiple times for milk for our kid. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Although the restaurant is beautiful the food is not compelling.
Very good! Came with a friend for Saturday breakfast. I hadn't been here in years. I had the chorizo omelette with hash browns and my friend had the salmon toast. Both very good! Prices are really good! We were shocked how little we had spent for breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Place was clean. Nice patio. Definitely worth a stop if you haven't been already!
This place was very inviting. The staff was very friendly and they’re very knowledgeable about their food and drinks. They make you feel at home, if you want a unique experience you must have your have Veronica and Juan make your drinks.
Great location with plenty of parking! First impressions are great... Nice decor and ambience. The lady who greeted us was very welcoming. Our server Erica is very pleasant. The food is a wee bit slow to come out, but the quality of the food is excellent, worth the wait. The Brussel sprouts are delicious and my hamburger was perfect. The crispy chicken sandwich is also very good. Did I mention that the Brussel sprouts are A. M. A. Z. I. N. G?
I would go here for the presentation and vibes, but maybe not the entrees, haha. The steak filet was pretty bad, but the fries are amazing! The venison sausage appetizer is also really good. The hot chicken with pickles not so much. They have a good alcohol selection.
