Epic Burger

We traveled to Chicago from Texas for our annual vacation getaway, little did we know we would stumble upon a gem !!! We went had dinner there on Saturday night and loved everything about it !!! From the fries to the epic sauce !!! My girls are picky about food but loved it !!! We had one double epic, two single epic burgers and two orders of tenders !!! My girls loved it so much we went back on Sunday night !!! Shout out to Ken I believe was his name….he took our order on Saturday night he was very patient and polite. It was our first trip to the Windy City and our first Epic Burger visit, the place was very clean and the burgers were as expected. Our burgers were juicy and delicious freshly made the epic sauce was delicious a little different than your mustard or mayonnaise. All in all we highly recommend this place…it’s too bad it is too far from our home here in Texas !!! Again thank you EPIC BURGER for making the TEXAS GANG feel welcomed and at home !!! We will return to Chicago and visit your place of business once again !!! Till next time !!!

They have good options for all. Quantity and quality of burger are usually satisfied me. But sometimes they forget about ingredients when you added more. (E.g> egg, extra cheese etc) Please check before you eat.

Absolutely delicious and worth the price. The culture of the restaurant inside is different and noticeable with amazing music. The only problem is to have fries is a separate price. If they had combos with the burgers.

Went here 40 min before they closed and we ordered 2 bunless turkey burgers with a fried egg, double beef burger, fries and sweet potato fries and when I say the food was absolutely amazing… I was afraid the Turkey would not be that great but to my surprise it was juicy and flavorful. Isabel was the cook and she put her whole foot in it. The staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean… We all enjoyed our first time experience. My son is already asking to go back…. We forgot to take pictures

This was close to our hotel and it was a great stop for an afternoon burger. Friendly staff both at the counter and who delivered the food to the table. Restaurant itself was clean, the bathrooms could have used a wipe over though. Food was hot, and both burger and fries were delicious. 2 friends with me had their milkshakes and commented they were very thick and very good.

A pretty ok experience. The burger was pretty bland and my egg was a bit undercooked. The epic sauce really saved the whole sandwich honestly. The burgers on the menu are misleading making it look like it's a pretty stacked burger but in reality you're getting a pretty average sized burger. The bathrooms are disgusting! Opened the door and it reaked of urine with trash all over the floor and seats. The staff here look exhusted and uninterested.

It was an ordinary hamburger. Like any other fast food place, just a bit of work for the ordering process. Indoor seating is either standard old booths or hard metal chairs at one of the two tables. There was nothing "epic" about a generic hamburger at a premium price. Portion sizes (burgers, fries) small, prices high. Customer service is fast food level of quality, without any friendliness getting in the way.

Epic Burger is good. The food is fresh, the quality of meat is very good (even though I felt it could have been more flavorful), and the service is very good. What you need to understand is that when you go here, you're walking into a tourist trap. The food is expensive for the size of the portions you receive and the wait was a bit long when I went. Because of where it's located downtown, there will always be a decent amount of foot traffic here (it's close to Michigan Ave, Buckingham fountain, public transportation, and colleges).
