F45 Training Downtown Los Angeles

I highly recommended F45 Downtown. Oscar and the entire team are so welcoming I just joined a few weeks ago and I really like the variety of exercise machines and all the different exercise classes they offer. There is something for everyone. Awesome classes! I could not achieve myself without the motivation of great coaches and fellow classmates. The combination of having a video example and 2 coaches on the floor encouraging and correcting is perfect. Warm and supportive environment with wide range of abilities and age.

F 45 in downtown La is such a warm and friendly gym. The coaches are great at perfecting form in order to prevent injuries! They cater to any level but they will push you to the limit that is most comfortable for you to see results. The 45 minute classes allow you to let loose and give it all you’ve got! I highly recommend this location!

I enjoy the team workout at F45! It’s very challenging for me but I want to see the difference after a 8 week challenge! The trainers are very enthusiastic and welcome! Love the vibe at F45 (they give out protein bars after training too)

I love working out at this F45! All the trainers are amazing (special shoutout to Lindsey and Al). Their positive energy is next level and I have never been so excited to work out early in the morning. They are so welcoming, and I felt like a part of their family right when I stepped in the door. Further, they always make sure your form is on point yet still challenge you to push your limits. Highly recommend! Thank you again for making my trip memorable - I will miss this location so much and I’d love to work out here again in my next visits ?

F45 as a company honestly has one of the best business models for a gym. This gym in particular is awesome. I’ve worked at a few F45’s and this is at the top. They have all the equipment and it’s centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles. I just moved to LA and all of the trainers were very welcoming! Love F45 because it’s so easy to also build a community. While I just started, I can’t wait to see how I grow here in the next 6 months! Highly recommend anyone reading to sign up!

F45 Downtown LA is the best gym in LA, and honestly the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers and everyone are so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, full of energy, supportive, and just the best. Going to F45 everyday has become my favorite part of my day, and seeing everyone there is so nice. It feels like the most welcoming community and family. I have been & will keep recommending this place to all my friends because it is truly life-changing!

I decided to sign up for the 7-day trial at f45 Downtown to get back into working out. After my first week, I already started seeing a difference in how my body felt and looked. It's a fast pace class but you can go at your own pace, the teachers are so encouraging and hype you up the whole time. Even though it is a group session, the instructors always ensure you are doing the exercise correctly and make it an enjoyable session. I'm excited to see my results after 6 months.

I am so grateful I found this gym! I am really new to the F45 family but I am so excited to be apart of it. Every single trainer at the downtown studio has inspired me to want to get up and do something that has always been a challenge in my life. They make you smile and laugh all while challenging you to transform your body and mind. Lindsey has a way of inspiring to be your best because honestly that’s all she’ll accept from you haha. She shows tough love in the best of way! Al is so kind, thoughtful, and patient with each person and their individual needs. And Bryan he’s so fun to workout with. He’s like your personal cheerleader at every point in the class. Even though it’s a group session somehow they each find a way to connect with every individual and make you feel seen and cared about. ?
