It was a weekday morning and surprisingly it was easy to find a parking space. We decided to try Farmer's Table and push Morning Glory to another visit. The staff was very nice. We were sat inside but I was feeling hot and we were easily moved to a table outside. We had the biggest bloody Mary pitcher in mind. The one that is $55 and includes a whole rotisserie chicken. They did not have the chicken but made the pitcher and discounted the price. The presentation and flavor was delicious. We also ordered a flat bread. We sat outside, enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and low hum of noise and just played card games. It was a really enjoyable meal.
The food here is absolutely delicious. I was here for brunch on Sunday. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather. I got the Brioche french toast with strawberries and cream and the egg sandwich. The french toast was fluffy and the perfect amount of sweet! The sandwich was on sourdough that was fresh and tasted amazing. The portion was huge. Our server was very helpful with the menu and gave us several recommendations. Only complaint, is the bloody mary definitely lacked flavor even after attempting to add lime and was not at all worth $21. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely be returning when I come back to San Diego!
This place is simply delicious. The food and drinks are prepared to your liking. If there's something that's wrong with your meal they'll fix it right away. Ask questions about the food and drinks on the menu and they'll provide an answer. I suggest making a reservation unless you're planning on having lunch during the week. It's a quit place next to all of the action of Little Italy. My mouth is watering thinking about the food. If you're a person with a big appetite then order appetizers or get more bread the portions are appropriate but for ppl like me that can eat you'll be wanting more.
This was a lovely spot to have a filling breakfast to start my day. The waiter Jamie was really friendly and I enjoyed a nice conversation with him. I had the breakfast burrito but asked for a special request for there to be no wrap, just in a bowl. They were accommodating, and it really hit the spot. Think they could add this to their menu, I am sure customers would love it. The ambiance was great, and made you feel at home.
Really love this restaurant. We stumbled upon it while wandering Little Italy and I’m so glad we did. Our waitress was from Italy and was so lovely. We even chatted a bit in Italian which was so fun for me. The food was absolutely delicious. My personal favorite was the short rib Benedict. The polenta on the plate was so creamy and the short rib incredibly flavorful plus the poached egg was perfect! A close second was the pizza! We got one with pesto, tomatoes and chicken and it was truly delicious. The crust was perfect and toppings super balanced. No complaints!
First visit here.Nice vibe sat outside. Most of the food was good. Oysters are a bit questionable? And if I have to question it I don't eat it. the boneless ribeye was pretty good.it was tender but a little bit salty. the crab cake wasn't the best I ever had wouldn't order again. the artichoke spinach dip was a big hit. The tiramisù was very good and the lemon dessert was a bit dry. overall it was cool.
Visiting San Diego and stopped here for dinner. Did a reservation and got waited in when we arrived. Went for dinner with friends. Great service and a very attentive waiter. Got drinks, appetizers and dinner. Food was good but not out of this world. Espresso martini was 5/5! Would get again.
Giuseppe was the best waiter I've ever dealt with in my life. He made valentines days with my future wife perfect and I'm so grateful. The food and drink was phenomenal. Best cake I've ever tasted too!
