Best place in west loop, located just outside Morgan station green line. Was here during the Super Bowl Sunday, they checked our bag and IDs at the entrance, place was crowded and since we had our reservation we were seated quickly. Our server was attentive and got our orders quickly. We got some good deal on our drinks. We had the Shrimp tacos and cauliflower tacos, both were fulfilling and flavorful but I found the tortilla to be a bit hard to chew. There was a mixup in our order as well but our server was kind enough to fix it. Overall it was a wonderful experience, the music was great, great place to watch any game and also the menu is pretty huge so there are a lot of options to select from. Highly recommend this place for some good food and drinks. I would visit again to try their famous shots..

Went for brunch on a Saturday. Party of 3. The restaurant opens at 11 and reservations are highly encouraged ($20 reservation goes toward the bill). Chips and dip complimentary. Brunch food was delicious! Bottomless drinks were worth it! You can mix it up, but we stuck with mimosas and mango margaritas. There was a live DJ, and the party really got going around noon! For there to be so many people doing bottomless brunch, we never had to wait long for anything. Great organization and hospitality! Also, you can take a shot out of an ice cup and then throw it at a bell outside as a bar game. Great time overall, will come back.

Was a great atmosphere, food was great. Some of the best street tacos I have had. It was loud but it is expected for a bar style environment. But it was worth it. The food was great. The server was a little slow and mixed up a few things but overall still a good time.

The BEST tacos in the city. The lamb is to die for and they only have it on Wednesday and Sundays. The steak, shrimp and fried chicken tacos are mouth watering. The drinks are tasty. They have nice outside sitting but they get crowded fast so make sure you make a reservation or get there early!

Fun and hip place! I loved all the different music they played. Everything from current to the 90's. Huge drink selection. The staff was in it. It was a busy Saturday when I went and the staff was always around asking what you wanted. Next time I want to try their food.

Booked online and they were very nice and extremely accommodating when I kept adding to the reservation. Our group of 10 turned into 8 and we had so much space. The shrimp ? tacos were amazing but a lil spicy. The margaritas were all very good and refreshing. Everyone’s food looked very delicious and it’s an online menu. Will definitely come again, it felt like being at the club on a Thursday night but during daylight. There were all kind of diff crowds and I need to come back to try the rest of the food!!

I literally love Federales! I’ve been here now 4 times and each time is always a good time! Great tacos (I always get at least 2 steak tacos), delicious drinks (strawberry margarita on the rocks!), and just great vibes overall! Definitely recommend!

The guy asking for IDs at the entrance was rude and needs to work on his communication skills. Since this was my first (and last) time here, I did not realize that you had to show an ID to enter, therefore I was not prepared. He clearly assumed that I knew and thought that I was just trying to walk in (weirdo). Chips salsa and guac were the highlights for me. Tacos have too much going on. Corn was good. I definitely would not go back.
