Let me start by saying that I am NOT a pizza person; however, Firenza has converted me. Their pizza is thin crust with perfectly crispy outside borders. We had the buffalo cheese, sausage and pepperoni pizza and its to die for. It is absolutely mouthwatering. A MUST stop by place.
Great staff, very understanding and nice!! I’ll definitely be back! Wish beer was served in glass instead of plastic.
Honestly the food was worth the price ! The fresh made ingredients and made to order pizza was so delicious! I would definitely recommend give this place a try if you haven’t. The staff was super friendly and the food wasn’t a long wait at all .
I was here two years ago and it was delicious ? and also this time. If you want a really good pizza you have to go here
Best pizza I ever had ! ! Service is amazing and the place is very clean. Hidden gem that I highly recommend.
Stopped by for lunch today to try a new place out, and I was in the mood for pizza. There are a lot of these types of chains around (pizza studio, 800 degrees, piology, etc) and they're usually pretty similar. This one definitely had some different pies, like the brisket bbq or the Monterey I think it was. Not "traditional" per se but good. Quality was alright, I've had better quality at some places, this seemed a little more "fast food" than others. Service was slow and a little mixed up/confused but it worked out alright. Still new, so might just be that. I'd still come back.
Very bad customer service. Came in to order a pizza with my little brother and sister and the manager Gio yells at my little brother that he cannot refill the drink that it must be me because I purchased it. I wouldn’t of been upset if he would have just let me know or been kinder about it but he literally yelled at him, he’s only 10! And he begins to argue and yell at me about a drink that was paid for and he was saying that it was ridiculous how I was buying 1 drink instead of 2 for myself and my little brother since my sister had her own hydroflask with her own drink already. Extremely rude for no reason. People with those kind of anger issues should not be in management. I almost never get upset so after I left I came back to get the managers name Gio so people who value customer service avoid this place. Gio also has an attitude.
I went in twice today around lunch time. Once for a To go menu and Second for a Black and white cookie. Both times the guys were great, kind, respectful and one was funny. Later around 6pm I stopped by for dinner. The guy behind the counter was ok. He told me it would take 30 mins for my personal pizza ? which I didn’t mind. He offered me the “ranch drizzle on the side and I said yes”, but neither happened because before I got my drink and was going outside to wait 30 mins this lady is handing me my pizza asking me if it’s to go. I said, it’s ready? Is that mine? I said, “He said it would take 30 mins”. I looked at it and the drizzle was all over which isn’t that big of a deal except I like my pizza more cooked that that. It was barely warm, my ovalini wasn’t melted. The pizza was delicious despite all of that. It was the best pizza ever, even if it could’ve been cooked more and hot. I got one serving of Diet Coke and after it filled my small cup it said, “Diet Coke was Unavailable”. Pizza was a 10 out of 5, the first 2 guys in there around 1pm were a 5 and the black and white cookie was a 5. The few mishaps gave it a 4 star. BUT I will definitely go back and highly recommend this pizza. It’s DELICIOUS! For people saying it’s overpriced, it’s not true, EVERY PLACE I’ve been to this week in DTLA is $20 for lunch. Their 2 topping individual pizza is $12.99 and create your own $14.99. That’s not expensive to me for the inflation we live in and the quality of their crust and ingredients. WORTH IT!
