Hatch It: Green Chile Burgers & Tacos

Several friends have told us how much they love this place and today we finally had a chance to enjoy a special lunch here. We ordered and shared the Green Chile Santa Fe burger and the Green Chili Beef Burrito. Both were really tasty. The burger had a perfect balance of flavors from the Hatch chili to the perfectly cooked hamburger to the guacamole all served on a perfect bun. And the burrito was equally great. Plus, it is great to eat at a Phoenix restaurant that is owned and operated by a local family. The owner and her daughter took our order and then went about cooking our food. They also own the cool bakery next door called "Corner on the Market". Besides fresh coffee, they serve fresh baked pizza, sandwiches, pastries, bread, cookies, muffins, and other treats. They also have a large selection of wine and beer for take out. We will be back and we will be bringing our friends!

The burger and the loaded fries were absolutely insaaaane. Hatch chiles were super dynamic with flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were ONLY $2.50 and were like eating Hatch Chile poutine. I tried three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year and I wish one was as good as Hatch-It’s! Everyone was also super friendly and the menu is vast and wondrous.

Enjoyed either every bit of the way. Being mostly plant-based ? ? I don't eat much animal products but I am fresh out of nyc 9 months so as a foodie I will eat new food and divert from plant-based for the experience and this pla e did not disappoint. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The tacos were beef and one chicken I believe.

Got to enjoy a green burrito and the green Chile burger with bacon today. Very good flavor, even though you can barely see the thick cut bacon underneath the melted cheese. Good service.

Hatch green Chiles burgers were delicious! This place has something for everyone! Burritos, tacos, bowls and burgers! Boys burger club filled the place up on a Friday at lunch and they accommodated us. Served amazing food and were very quick and efficient! Special thanks to staff for such a great lunch!

I loved the green Chile Santa Fe, but I loved my friends red chili chimayo more! Sauce is great. Fries aren’t bad! Took a super long time to get our food though. 20-30 minutes.

This is an outstanding family run restaurant and they recently expanded to acquire the entire building. They make everything scratch made fresh each morning including baked artisinal breads. They have sandwiches and pizzas on one side. The pizzas take about 15 minutes if you want to call in advance. The green chile burrito and burgers are excellent. The family and staff are very pleasant and polite. Try the roasted cherry tomato salsa. They also have roasted hot hatch chiles to go, as well as a variety of jarred New Mexico salsa.
