I was actually in the mood for pizza and the place had very good reviews. I'm glad the food lived up to the reviews and then some. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni slice. The pizzas came out nice and hot. Had a little crisp to it but not overcooked. The employees were extremely friendly and service was top notch. The pizzas were so good I had to come back one more time before I head home. I definitely will stop by here again whenever I come back to Phoenix.
Tiny place. Slightly on the pricier side of $5 a slice that are 1/4 of the pizza (13-14”). Decent flavor choices…. I Think the fresh pizza is the way to go. The slices that are re-baked dry out the crust. The crust does have good flavor and holds up to being held. If you live/work in the neighborhood, it be worth stopping by.
I think that portnoy may have over sold the pizza. It's really good pizza. But I do not think it's a 7.3. I mean he gave it a 7.2 after realizing that he gave a quality restaurant Biancos 7.3.i think the pizza is really good. Nice and crispy. Good flavor. I would definitely eat here again. Lemonade was not that great. That oatmeal apple cookie was amazing. If your in the neighborhood, please stop by and eat some pizza here. You will not be disappointed. No inside seating. All outside.
I had a pepperoni slice from here lastnight and I don't know if I was just hungry or not but it was delicious!! Crust was flavorful and sauce to cheese ratio was spot on. I will definitely be back to try the other choices they had! I also tried the voodoo chips they had and those were real good as well!
Came here because my wife has the same name and she LOVES pizza! Had some interesting pizzas, which is a plus from the normal offerings of other pizza joints. Gotta say it was really good for a thicker style pizza. I do prefer a thinner crust but this was still very solid. Would definitely come back and try other pies, like the lasagna one that looked pretty good.
I had the lasagna pizza slice and a slice of the mushrooms and sausage. Both slices are great. I love the sauce, and the crust is good as well. They have a few dipping sauce options available. My mushroom and sausage pizza was in the ovetn too long, and the crust was charred, making a portion of it unedible. That's disappointing at $5 for a smaller size slice.
Super cute little pizza by the slice joint on Roosevelt Row. I ended up going with traditional pepperoni but there were tons of options, super friendly and fast service - so easy to grab a slice. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Just a couple of Detroiters walking by.. & I’m so happy we did! My boyfriend and I both agreed that this was thee best pizza we’ve ever had! No exaggeration. Can’t wait to come back and visit!!
