I had to grab some breakfast while waiting for my flight and saw Hugo's. To order you need to scan the QR code and open the app. The process was easy and quick and my breakfast was brought to me in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered the huevos rancheros which where served on a tortilla shell. I ad no idea what to expect but found myself pleasingly surprised how well this meal tasted. There was a slight spice that really gave this plate a kick. I need to get the recipe. The waiter was also attentative which I give him credit since the place was busy and I only saw two waiters. Thumbs up.

Awful food. Incredibly greasy and overcooked chicken burger. The plates were greasy underneath as if they fell in a vat of oil. Myself and my girlfriend ordered two of the same burger and they arrived looking completely different which made no sense. Attached are photos of the napkin purely from wiping the bottom of the plate. AVOID - it may be the only UPDATE: I asked the waiter to see if they could grill some fresh chicken on a bun and they did, this was nice and the staff waiting on the tables were incredibly apologetic so we tipped for there efforts as they really tried to remedy the situation - star now uplifted to 2 vice 1. But still some major improvements to be made on the menu and kitchen.

Eggs were cold The breakfast was decent the service was horrible. I sort of think our meals were warm at one time but our server forgot to bring it to our table. The ice tea had no ice due to melting before being brought to our table. Just have higher expectations when paying $15 for eggs and bacon. The restaurant was clean and the only location to sit and have a meal in terminal d

Okay option while you're waiting for your flight. We ordered a Queso Flameado for a late lunch and it was good.

Good to see a restaurant with a nice and spacious seating area near my terminal. Customer service was excellent too. Not a big menu but good enough for hungry travelers.

The saddest torta I ever had, they also closed the kitchen for hot food after my order was taken but still had to swap my hot dish for the torta and guacamole, not an equal swap. I’d only go back if I’m desperate

Love this salad! Portion size was just enough and the dressing just perfect! The QR code menu didn’t work but our waitress was outstanding. Will definitely come back if I fly out of Terminal D.

The only sit down food place in terminal D. I got to the entrance and there is nobody to greet you, all the staff see you waiting and say nothing (I stood looking around for 5 minutes while the staff just attend to other guests while passing me at the entrance). Anyways I went to sit at the bar and made sure I sat close to the bartender so I wouldn’t be ignored there too. But she was great! Super attentive. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt and it was perfect. Waitress offered guac and chips, guac was good chips were crispy. For my main I had the Torta Auguacarte Hongos y Quesao it was bomb! The bread was warm and soft the veggies and cheese was firm and melted well together. I’d recommend and old come back (just go grab a seat anywhere next time).
