Iced Coffee

This Iced Coffee Recipe is quick and easy yet yields incredibly satisfying coffee. This is a DIY iced coffee anyone can make, and it’s comparable to coffee you can get from a coffee shop.

You only need 2 main ingredients! No need for coffee grounds, coffee concentrate, or cold brew coffee!

We are not a religious coffee drinker. You know how people say they cannot start their day without coffee? We are not one of those.

But we LOVE the flavor of coffee and as a busy mom, some days we just NEED coffee to get us through.

When people ask if we drink coffee, we tell them we need coffee. 😂

Iced coffee in a mason jar topped with whipped cream and a thin cookie

So here is one of our favorite afternoon treats: iced coffee topped with whipped cream and enjoyed with Nonni’s THINaddictives cookies.

We are talking creamy sweet coffee with notable flavor paired with a crunchy, nutty, lightly sweet cookie made with real ingredients. This would make anyone’s day better!

And hear this: you only need 5 minutes to make this easy iced coffee recipe!

Condensed milk, instant coffee, ice and water

Want a more intense coffee flavor? Add coffee to ice cube trays and freeze them to make coffee ice cubes. Add them to your iced coffee instead of regular ice for a more robust coffee flavor.

Ingredients for Easy Iced Coffee

This is the best way to make iced coffee, in our opinion. Use these ingredients to create perfect iced coffee.

  • 1. Instant coffee: Using instant coffee eliminates the need to cold brew or use cold coffee.
  • 2. Sweetened condensed milk: This is an iced coffee hack. Sweetened condensed milk provides sweetness and creaminess at the same time, so you don’t need to add any other creamer or sugar.

All you need to add to the instant coffee and sweetened condensed milk is water and some ice. Then you will have satisfying iced coffee!

How it comes together

There’s a place for hot coffee, but there’s something so special about a tall glass of homemade iced coffee on a summer morning or afternoon. Here’s how to make it in minutes:

1. Mix together instant coffee and cold water until the coffee granules completely dissolve.

2. Add in sweetened condensed milk, ice and water.

3. Stir well to combine.

Enjoy your iced coffee cold with your favorite coffee pairings.

Let’s Talk About Some Great Cookies To Go With Iced Coffee

We love Nonni’s THINaddictives cookies with our iced coffee because they are made with real ingredients such as wheat flour, whole almonds and real dried fruit.

They are so tasty, and you can indulge in them without feeling guilty!

Nonni’s THINaddictives comes in various flavors, but we particularly love the Mango Coconut Almond THINS because they taste so tropical. You know, This kitchen is a tropical girl.

The flavors of Mango and Coconut work so well together! Nonni’s Mango Coconut Almond THINS are filled with sweet mangos, coconuts and almonds.

Every crunchy, chewy bite is so pleasing to the taste buds!

Want to make dairy free iced coffee? Use plantbased milk such as oat milk or almond milk and add a sweetener like maple syrup, brown sugar, regular sugar, or calorie-free sweetener.
