IHOP

Great Food! Served hot! ??? Great prices! Clean restaurant! Good service! Good location! ??

We got an order to go. We made it home to find half our items missing. My friend went back to the store and got the other half of the order. I had ordered the “fresh berry crepes.” They gave me five blueberries and one of them was smashed. No strawberries at all, only a weird berry thick syrup.

Brand new IHOP. We were staying at the Marriott across the street. Because it was raining, we went on over. I was bright and clean. Our server was quick with getting our order in. The cook did a fine job cooking our breakfast for dinner just how we wanted. We will come there again next time we are down that way.

I've been to hundreds of IHOPs and I can say without a doubt this is absolutely the worst one I've experienced. It starts at the front desk and ended with the back of the house. It took 45 minutes to get seated and another 45 to order our food. The hostess wrote our name down and didn't even reference it once. If we weren't at the hotels nearby, we would have left long ago. We saw about 5 tables of 2-4 covers sit and then get rejected from ordering food. I have never seen patrons get rejected from ordering, especially while they were nothing but respectful and courteous of the situation. They sat there confused like we were while waiting, this continued for the two hours we were there. If you want to be surrounded by dirty tables and confused people, this is the place to be. It claims to be a 24 hour restaurant, but in actuality they stop serving food at 1AM. Whoever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate their staff, because you must be losing lots of business and money. They are actively working against their potential to make money. I will never be back and honestly I've had received better service from a methed out McDonald cashier.

Slow Service... server was slow, has to ask multiple times for more water and silverware. One member of our group didn't get her food until we were all done eating, took 45min for simple pancakes and eggs. Asked for meal that was super late to be comped and was told she could only have a discount. Asked for a manager and one NEVER came out. When paid for the meal, the hostess was too busy washing windows outside and our server who was flustered checked us out.

Got in very quickly for a busy Sunday morning. Didn't have any wait time to be seated. You could tell the wait staff was busy but our waitress was phenomenal. She kept us informed about our meal and apologized when the table who ordered after us got their meals before us. (We just assumed they were swamped, didn't think much of it). But she was just so incredible. Best waitress I've had at ANY IHOP location I've been to. If I could remember her name I'd give her a shout out, she was that amazing. I'm definitely going back because of her.

The place wreaked of sewage and when I asked about the smell she said it was coming from the back. Something about the dishes? Why would the dishes smell like sewage? The service was painfully slow. Twice we had to get up and find someone to help us, after we had waited a long time. The restaurant was empty except for us and one other person yet all the servers were gone! They were also out of tomatoes, onions, Croutons, ranch dressing, and....they were also out of change so they couldn't give you exact change when you paid. Horrible place! I honestly have no idea how they are in business!

Confusion after we were seated. Several servers walked by and no one stopped to acknowledge our existence. We were just about to leave when a lady finally stopped. The service from that point on was very good. Food was good and there was plenty to fill up on.
