Airy hotel locale for Californian fare. Stylish restaurant in 1 Hotel Central Park serving Californian cuisine amid rustic-industrial decor.
Brunch was good, not the most exciting menu but still worth it. The vibe is excellent, like a coffee shop vibe but inside a swanky hotel. Being near Central Park is obviously a great perk, eat a good meal >> go for a walk. Sunday brunch is on till 4pm! Oh, and they don’t have syrups (weird) so if you get an iced cap, don’t ask for vanilla!
Came here on New Year’s Eve and so happy and glad we did. While everyone has an elaborate New Years menu, they did not and it is good California style food with focus on quality and flavor. The 2 entrees did come at separate time but all is good as the quality is really yummy. Being in prime location we expect to pay more and it was more but definitely worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Beautiful decor Inviting atmosphere, coffee was of great quality. Service prompt and on time. BF selection can be improved but food quality was excellent. Lots of indoor plants creates a homey feeling. I do recommend it!
Frankly, the food was just ok, nothing to rave about. We had the soup (parsnip, cappuccino chestnut), fried calamari, and pan roasted sea scallops with cauliflower puree. The scallops were good, although the plate was not hot. Service and ambiance made up for the food.
I've eaten here before in 2020 so I was excited to go back. The food was very good, but our dinner entrees were forgotten about. I'm not sure how that happened, but the staff was kind and offered a complimentary dessert for the table.
Brunch is only on the weekends. The food was fantastic. We had the burger and the fish tacos. Both were great. The fries were also perfectly crispy.
Visited Jams for the “Supper that Sustains Us” event and was blown away! Murat Erbil, Olivia, and team provided OUTSTANDING hospitality, and the food quality and taste was absolutely wonderful. Standouts were the squash salad, kale salad, and chicken, among many other tasty dishes. The kale salad dressing was so outstanding that I want to bottle it and take it home! Crisp and refreshing cocktails - loved the Greenhouse. Buzzy ambiance without being too loud or overbearing and great location as well. Ideal spot for a Central Park date or dinner / brunch with friends.
Booked the hotel through Amex and got the breakfast + hotel credit, so went twice, once for breakfast and once for cocktails. Drinks were phenomenal, and service at the bar was excellent, the bartender was friendly and quick and altogether had a great experience. The 5 stars are for Carlisle and his excellent drinks. If this was just a review of the breakfast, it'd be 3. Breakfast seemed much more hectic; no tables were available, the place was packed, and while after ordering actually getting my food was probably 5-10 minutes, flagging a server to get me a menu and take my order was about 15, didn't even get a water. For a Sunday Brunch rush though that honestly wasn't too bad, and they only seemed to have one poor guy working the entire bar. Food itself was just okay, wasn't all that impressed by the french toast and the side of scrambled eggs was... fine. As someone else stated, the menu itself was serviceable but not particularly exciting.
