The best bar/lounge experience no matter how many times I come Adrianne, Matt, Daniel, and Taylor always make sure to take care of me. Water is always full and plates are always clear. I call it my time in the sky. Definitely made me a regular !
A nice spot to check out. It's definitely more like a 4.5 star place. The elevator ride up was awesome! Food: GOOD. We actually think the price is reasonable. We tried different dishes and the best was probably the pizza and sushi. Good quality food but taste is a bit bland for my preference. Drinks: EXCELLENT. I would definitely come back for this. However, it's not easy to get a reservation. We were lucky to score a spot but it was a random time mid-week. Service: GOOD. Nothing to complain about. Respectful and kind team! Atmosphere: EXCELLENT. Nice vibe of course. And the view of Philly landscape is impressive. Overall: YES. I would definitely come back for some drinks and maybe apps. Good for special occasions.
I visited this restaurant 3 times during my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. The overall experience here at the restaurant is disappointing at best. I understand that it is not their main flagship restaurant Jean-Georges, but more a "lobby lounge" type of establishment. The dinner service was pretty decent, The food and service were great. However, I can't get my head around why and how the breakfast can be so terrible and wrong at so many levels in a Four Seasons Hotel. The reception was not attended both times we were there in the morning. We were questioned both times if we had a reservation (in a tone as if I can only dine here if I had one), assuming that we were not the hotel guests. Service was extremely slow, inattentive and some sections are more overcrowded than the others. I spent my entire breakfast having to overheard the conversation of the next table just a few cm away. On both occasions, some items in our orders were not delivered, and the adjacent tables orders were delivered to us by mistake. I understand mistakes happen every now and then, but if this place can be this consistently inconsistent, it's hurting Four Seasons' reputation and brand image. It'd be fine if it's a restaurant at Marriott, but I believe it's reasonable to expect more at a Four Seasons Hotel.
First time coming here to celebrate our anniversary. The food, drinks, and dessert was delicious. The view was beautiful and the staff were all very nice from the moment we stepped foot into the building. Our sever was great very attentive. We felt very welcomed will definitely be coming back soon.
The bar is beautiful. The Ginger Margarita was amazing and the bar tenders were awesome. Loved the views, had a great time. There was a small mishap/ miscommunication but Michael and Chester resolved it quickly.
My wife and I would like to thank Adrienne, Brielle & Maxwell for a memorable dinner this evening. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, satisfied and happy. We appreciate your kindness throughout the evening. We highly recommend this establishment; you wont be disappointed.
Tonight we celebrated our 15th anniversary and had amazing time at JG sky-high. What made is wonderful was our lovely gracious waitress Duyen. She was so nice and had wonderful recommendations. Hubby got the filet it was cooked to perfection and I gotten the spiced crusted salmon with coconut lime infused. Both was delicious but I think my dish might need some jasmine rice with bok choy. It reminded me thai curry. Our overall experience was wonderful. Definitely will be back with our little guy.
Perfect place for date and for meeting dinners, very quite and comfortable restaurant with incredible design. I enjoyed their service and especially food! This time I ordered only appetizers and desert, but definitely chief made me comeback to try their main entrees ! 5 stars for the kitchen too!
