Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a wedding nearby and the couple had a block of rooms for a great rate (in comparison to the per night charge to stay without the discount). Parking was easy and free, the lobby area was absolutely beautiful and the staff wonderful and kind. The room was a great size and we had a view of the highway and some of the skyline in the distance. We loved the large window with all the natural light. The room decor was modern and minimal. The shower had great water pressure, the robes were cozy as was the bed. Our only complaint was the couch in our room next to the bed it had all types of stains all over it and we didn't want to speculate but being unsure whether they were bodily fluids we were skeeved out so we did not sit or place any of our items on it. After the wedding we headed down to the casino and for our stay and my husband signing up for something we received a $20 cred to play slots. The casino was live (hence the name) so many different people, smoking is allowed in the casino and while we didn't hit we played a few slots before calling it a night grabbing Lorenzo's pizza on-site(it was terrible and salty) and headed up to our room for a restful sleep. Checkout process of seamless. It was a great quick stay and we would definitely recommend. Though those per night prices make it seem as though they are catering to a certain clientele and if the average couple was looking for a nice quick budget friendly weekend this would not be the spot unless one hit it big on the tables or slots.

the rooms were nice and clean. they do need to work on their check-in process. they knew it was a busy weekend but our rooms weren't ready for 3 hrs past check-in time and the automated text, that was supposed to let us know we could get our room, never went out so we were waiting longer than we needed to be. and during that whole wait we weren't offered anything (water, a free continental breakfast, a discount, drink at the bar, meal voucher, anything). the staff was nice thou and the event we attended went smoothly. parking was simple and easy to navigate.

This place has an awesome atmosphere. Around 930-10pm the live music gets going and there are a ton of people drinking & dancing, having a good time. The gambling tables also aren’t incredibly packed which is great as well. We walked through the Sportsbook and it had a great set up. Definitely will be back!

My team and I had such an amazing experience at this location. We went to the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Award Gala and yes the moment was beyond a great experience. The hotel itself is an amazing and incredible piece of artwork the sits right on the edge of all the happenings in that location. The lights, the decor, the valet team lead by Norman the bar hosts amongst other great things contributed to a super successful night. In the end, an incident with staff cleaning out table trashing our food and drinks while we were still there was very unpleasant and handled in an inappropriate manner. There were no excuses for such rudeness! Catering team should be careful and aware of how to create a better experience even until the end. Overall a great experience and a wonderful place to host corporate and other events events in the future ❤️. Thanks ?.

Great casino facility! Visited for the first time and won a hand-pay as well as many line hits. Staff is very customer services oriented, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Even received a Live Casino T Shirt as a recognition for the hand pay winning. Over 3000 machines on site and multiple cuisine restaurants so there's more than enough to share...nice job LIVE...keep it up!

Nice casino, variety of casino slots. A few favorites are Dragon Link & Buffalo slots. There are some nice restaurants. The Chinese restaurant inside the casino area has friendly service, great food and reasonable prices. They have a small food court up front to satisfy your hunger, but a few spots close too early.

Sat at center bar. Had to wait , not exaggerating, ten minutes for a drink. The bartender felt talking to another employee in the service bar area was above importance than taking probably, literally, two minutes to grab me a rum and coke. She finally acknowledged how long it took give minutes AFTER she finally made a drink for me. Said the conversation with her other team member was necessary and couldn't have been avoided or interrupted. Mind you I was ignored right in front of my face. I still tipped her. I guess I am just the low , single lady at the bar by herself. Nothing for the bartender to give good service or concern about. That's just how it made me feel about myself. Thanks anyway. I ended up losing also that day. Thanks bartender . Blonde gal. Oh well.

Our stay was amazing. Our room was awesome great view of the city. The food was great. The only problem was trying to get a drink on the floor while gambling. We waited for a very long time for someone to come over to us. We asked 2 managers that happened to walk by and finally received a drink. When waitress came for 2nd drink she took our order and we gave a tip to give incentive to come back and she never returned with our drinks.
