Lonja 18 * Spanish Cooking class in Mallorca * Restaurant alternative

Después de la clase de cocina nos fuimos a visitar el mercado de Santa Catalina, fue una experiencia de formación fantásctica, realmente estoy esperando ser capaz de reproducir estos sabrosos platoscuando volvamos a casa. Luis fue una fantástica compañía para las cuatro horas que pasamos en el curso, compartiendo sus conocimientos en la cocina, pero igualmente encantado de charlar sobre la vida, viajes y cualquier otra cosa! Una cocina super sabrosa y auténtica, una tarde muy divertida y entretenida, os la recomiendo.

Un espacio muy cálido con un cocinero entrañable. Una de las mejores paellas que he probado. Recomendadisimo

This was one of the many highlights of our visit to Mallorca, Spain. At first I thought we'd just stand by and watch the chef make the dishes, but it was more interactive than I thought. Chef Ricardo made the whole process a lot of fun and would definitely recommend anyone who visits Mallorca to give this place a try. I love the dishes we made were delectable and the wine pairing was really good. I hope to go back there someday to try different dishes. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

My husband and I took a cooking class today and had a wonderful time! It was great to learn more about the cuisine in Spain. We learned about ingredients specific to Spain and got step by step instructions of how to make everything. Maria was great and made us feel right at home. It was a great way to spend the afternoon! Highly recommended

Très bon cours de cuisine !! Des explications sont données sur l'origine des plats que nous préparons par la suite. Il s'agit ici d'une expérience commune, nous passons les uns après les autres pour cuisiner ce qui est fort sympathique. Possibilité d'avoir en accompagnement de l'eau, des softs, vin et bières (pour notre petit plaisir) ! Une expérience agréable permettant de rencontrer d'autres personnes qui le sont tout autant ! Merci encore !

Amazing experience with lovely people. I highly recommend this class for those that want to learn traditional recipes. Riccardo is a great chef and the best host, who focuses that everyone has an enjoyable experience with the spanish cuisine.

Oh my gosh we had so much fun here! Such a wonderful experience learning some paella secrets! I would recommend this to anyone traveling through. Venessa (the instructor) made this such a fun and positive time!!
