MAD Greens - 7th Ave & McDowell

I love MAD Greens - excellent food. Unfortunately, this location was filthy, and I was the only customer inside the restaurant. The employees working obviously didn't care. I sympathize with business owners, as obviously it's difficult to find good employees that actually want to work. However, management must ensure a clean restaurant regardless. Hope management can do some spot-checking on the restaurant's cleanliness and ensure their employees are doing what's required.

There are quirky little salad place, the Athena was great. Annie Oakley wrap but my daughter is very disappointed in cold mac and cheese and the counter guy said there's no way to heat it up. We have eaten here several times and this is the first disappointing experience for the Mac increase that we've had. We are definitely going to be eating here again

I absolutely enjoyed the ladies who prepared my meal today. It was tasty and hit the spot. Thanks for such good service for my Friday afternoon!

Had a bowl of Mac and cheese with lots of bacon and corn, cheese, and great sauce. Even loved the pomegranate lime ice tea!!!

Tried this location today and although parking close to Phoenix is normally crazy this set up isn’t too bad at all! I love that they have a sitting area outside and I can’t wait for it to cool off. The staff that helped me walked me through creating my own grain bowl since I went in with no idea what to do. Food tasted amazing. Very friendly staff and quick service! I live for this cream soda.

My mom, husband and I had lunch at MAD Greens on a weekday and were very pleased! The ambiance of the restaurant is casual, fun and comfortable. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and have great recommendations. I had the Bonnie Parker salad and I’m not sure I will ever stray from it! The mix of fruit and nuts in the greens was perfection. The pecans (I think) are coated in MAD Spice seasoning mix—so tasty I’ll probably pick up a bottle next time I’m in. ? My husband ordered the Ty Cobb with Chipotle Caesar dressing instead of bleu cheese and said it had just the right spicy kick in the bites. Loved the mint iced tea, too. They have quite the eclectic choice of sodas, but once I saw the tea choices, sodas were out the door. ? We will definitely go back. Oh, I somehow didn’t get the memo that the large salad is REALLY large! I think I could split it next time. Truth be told, my salad was soooo tasty, I finished The. Whole. Thing. By. Myself. I don’t even feel guilty. ? So, to wrap up, good eats & drinks, good environment, good people!

I ordered the Don Quixote Salad and switched out the chicken for shrimp instead and added spice to the avocado - very spicy (and I like spice) but tasty! Also subbed the ginger dressing it came with for the cilantro lime instead because it was a bit healthier. Prickly pear lemonade is always my fav drink here. Friendly, fast staff too.
