The dining experience is exceptional from start to finish. The coat check is free of charge, the host/hostess are welcoming. The dining room is in pristine state and very elegant. I do wish that the lights were a little more bright since I do not like eating in low light environment. Our waiter was kind, knowledgeable and very polite. The food was delicious, we had the scallops as well as the oysters as an appetizers the duck as a main course and finally finally the chocolate sabayon for desert. I would recommend increasing the amount of or pieces of scallops and oysters. I do acknowledge it is fine dining, however for the price is it is a bit expensive to my taste. The view is breathtaking therefore I believe you pay for the view as well. Overall I do recommend going there even only for drinks however the main courses are worth it so avoid the appetizers.
My sister took me here for my birthday and it was definitely a year in some ways. The views are absolutely stunning, a 270 degree view of the city. The drinks are also very unique and delicious. The food on the other hand was underwhelming, felt very average. We got oysters, black bass crudo, lobster roll, duck, and two dessert specials. The oysters were great but everything else was “fine”. Would come back for views and drinks but would have to take convincing to get food again.
The view is SPECTACULAR. Appetizers were overpriced and underwhelming. For entrees, we ordered the hanger steak and a lobster roll. For those prices, you'd think they serve prime cuts. Although I will say the lobster roll was near-perfect. The service was high-level; we had 2 servers throughout the night and both impressed me. The desserts were decent. In short, the food is NOT worth those prices, but you get a world-star view.
The service at this restaurant was like no other!Reminded me of some Michelin type of restaurants. The views are amazing, the music not too loud and huge variety of drinks or wine. This is an experience, I went for a drink first at the bar to enjoy the view and finished in the dinning area for a meal. Note that it’s a limited menu at the bar which makes total sense. Highly recommended for only a cocktail or to eat!
Food was generally okay, it wasn’t anything too spectacular or extraordinary but the view, ambiance and service were all amazing! Initially I requested for a table by the window but they weren’t able to make a table available. However since i was celebrating something special, they transferred me and my friend to the private events place / hall across the restaurant and we had a 180 view of the city and the room all to ourselves. It was a surreal experience!
Never had the chance to check this place out precovid, but i am happy that i did now. Cocktails are art in fancy glasses, the main kitchen isn't open just yet (hopefully by summer) but they do have small bites. They make one of the best corn bread i have ever tried! Even though service was slow it was very wonderful and atmosphere was very calm and chill.
One of the best view restaurants with good food. The appetizers and main dishes are great. But the dessert just okay, we had the apple tart, it looks cool when the alcohol on the fire, however, the it makes the tart taste like just alcohol, no any flavor at all.
We're so happy that one of the best venue in FiDi came back! Slightly changed cocktail and food menu, but absolutely delicious! Won't go wrong when you order either the classics or their own creation. Great view, professional staff. A must-visit downtown bar/ restaurant!
