Compact spot for Indian food & pool. Modest eatery serving Indian meals in a compact, contemporary space with a pool table & a TV.
Delicious, easy and chill dinner spot! The chicken kadai was one of the best dishes we tried. Chicken 65 also very yummy and same for the chicken jelfraizi. Service was good, efficient and not overly intrusive. Perfect spot for a good catch up with a friend! We will be back. BYOB too which is great.
Great taste! Mutton dum biryani was flavorful and tasty! I’m usually not much of an Indian/ Pakistani biryani fan- preferring the Sri Lankan bold flavored biryani- however this one was light saffron infused and had a great end kick of flavor. Not greasy at all. The Chana bhatura was my favorite. I’ve always been a fan of the deep fried crispy “bread”. Puffy hot right out of the oil it’s a hot pocket of oily goodness! The Chana “ chickpea” curry was really flavorful. Would have liked a little more gravy to sop up with the bhatura. The chicken manchurian was not a style I had had before- to me it was a fusion of a chili chicken and a chicken 65. While it wasn’t a traditional Manchurian I was used to- it was quite tasty. Bold flavour- with a drier spice. Overall we would order from here again!
I normally go to “Naan On Devon & Grill” which is right down the street but they didn’t answer there phone today. So I decided to try this place out and it’s absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back. The chicken tikka masala is delicious and the garlic naan was cooked perfectly. They also give you a generous portion of complimentary rice which paired well with the food. All the food pictured below was only $20.
Went to this place on a whim with a few friends and absolutely loved it. Staff was so kind and helpful. Food was delicious! They even turned on some fun music for us. Will absolutely go there again. You should definitely go too.
We ordered delivery and it was a very mixed bag. The butter chicken tasted like it was bought from a sauce packet with some spices chicken thrown in. Okra was actually decent. But the food didn't taste fresh. Overall I wouldn't order from here again.
I’ve ordered delivery from this place for more than a year and enjoyed their curry overall. However I now have to leave an unpleasant review here. Last time when I ordered vegetable curry from this place, I found a stapler pin in it - I really don’t know how it slipped into the curry but I don’t think it’s beyond acceptable. Luckily I didn’t swallow it but it could’ve had serious health consequences.
I am a regular customer that orders take out frequently. The northern Indian style cuisine is wonderful, flavors are rich and tasty. They have the best take out in the neighborhood.
Please dont ever order shish kebab. So low quality and on top burnt meat on one side. Mango lassi tasted like some chemical added. Only fried shrimp was somewhat ok. Worst i have asked with utensils and napkins included (with uber eats delivery) but nothing came with the delivery. So horrible delivery service..
