I usually come here with my kids and family. The food is always good and my kids love the cheese ravioli. My only comment about this visit was the wait. Other than that the food was delicious and our server very kind to us.

The food was Amazing ! The service was horrible ! When we came in we waited about 10 mins for our server( usually when you sit down someone Is there to server you)but she was busy with a party table. We ordered appetizers & entrées and a bottle of wine. So first the wine came out along with the breadsticks and the salad two seconds later came out our entrées about 20 mins later our appetizers were coming out but at separate times. Our table was filled with plates! In a restaurant it should never be like that! Our appetizers & salad should have came out first then give us time to eat alittle & then bring the actual meal out. Why is it called an appetizer if you’re basically eating it with your dinner? Besides that our waitress was trying her best & was very respectful! The food is really good but probably recommend to sit at the bar or order to go!

My brother and I came Noon on a Friday, not busy, several empty seats. Our service took 15 minutes to take our order after my brother asked. Our drinks and food did arrive in a few minutes. However a hostess came to our table as our server was serving us, they spoke for a few minutes before we asked if they could continue the conversation after our food was given to us. Hopefully someone in management sees this and discusses the issues during our visit.

Avoid this location if you can. We only stopped by this location because we were on that side of town. We got seated right away but took a long time to get service. I don't know if it was the location of the booth or just the waitress. The restaurant wasn't super busy. After taking our order, the waitress never removed the menus, so we had to eventually put them on the empty table next to us. My son's lemonade didn't come out with the rest of the drinks, it finally came with the salad and breadsticks. We had to ask about our appetizer a couple of times. It finally came out after our entrées were half eaten. When my husband asked what took so long, the waitress said the kitchen was backed up. He asked to speak to a manager, and we waited for her for more than 5 minutes. When the manager did finally come over (with an attitude), she didn't give her name even after my husband told her his. She stated that "the food is prepared by all different staff (which we are aware). The appetizers staff must be behind." She did offer to take the appetizer off our bill. The women's restroom was a disaster! Water all over the floor, one faucet not working but did have a constant slow trickle. Again, I advise all to steer clear of this location. We definitely won't be back!

This place seems to be going downhill. First, this was NOT the waiter's fault, our pasta had lots of hard edges, either not cooked correctly or was left out unrinsed for a while, and sauce was just poured on it and served. We ordered bottomless drinks ( only got one refill) unfortunately seemed like our server was the only one working. He looked as if he was running, out of breath, and trying to handle way too much. Our food came out and our soup and salad were forgotten, had to ask for salad plates. It was a real mess, we sent the shrimp Alfredo back because of the hard pasta, and we were never brought a replacement. When our check came, we were charged for the dinner plate. I had to ask for it to be removed. Very poor experience
