• Very competent and attentive staff. They answered all my questions and they took great care of my child, ensuring she was comfortable and she could watch her favorite movie during the dental work. 5☆ treatment all the way!
• Just after your money. They could care less about your kids. When we showed up to our appointment we had to wait more than an hour to actually see the dentist. The dental assistant barely spoke a word to us and just felt extremely unprofessional. She was also not wearing scrubs and did not have her hair covered or tied back. This seems extremely unhygienic. I will say, the dentist we saw was highly professional, kind and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything. We were given the name of another specialist who we were told would contact us the next day, but I did not hear from her for about a week or more. When I finally called her, she gave me a quote with no explanation of what was on the quote, but did a great job explaining that we needed to pay. She was very much focused on costs and insurance. They seem to have no urgency in regards to the health of a child’s teeth.
• My daughter has ADHD and Anxiety and normally our dentist visits end without any treatment being completed. We were referred to Pediadent and were so impressed with their level of patience and kindness towards my daughter. I highly recommend them.
