Phoenix City Seafood Restaurant

Hands down, one of the best Chinese restaurants I have come across in the Portland area. They have a substantial menu with so much to choose from, including some items that you can't just get at any place. I highly recommend the battered green beans as an appetizer, it comes with a delicious spicy mayo. Everything we got tasted fantastic, especially the roasted garlic chicken and the salt and pepper squid. Everything tasted freshly-made and nicely salty. In addition, the service was really good, our waitress was nice, and the food came to us quickly.

Phoenix City is known to the community as the fresh seafood gem of Portland. Our family and friends have hosted many dinners & banquets here. Phoenix City never disappoint! In food quality, presentations, and accommodation service. The owners are hard working and the lovely servers are always attentive and beyond helpful. The pictures attached are from one banquet in Feb for Chinese New Year. We met the lady boss a week before the party to discuss the menu. Her prices per table were honest and reasonable, for the quantity and quality. The day came, she delivered just as she’d promised. I really appreciate that. She also allowed me to decorate as I pleased and allowed me to bring in desserts at no extra charge. I had another rsvp with her in June and the food was perfect once more. We enjoyed every bites of it. I highly recommend this genuine, cozy restaurant with really good people to take care of you, for your next dinner out or p a r t y. This place is a great place to get some authentic Chinese food at reasonable prices. Definitely a good place to go in a group as the dishes are perfect for family style. One of my favorite dishes here is the sizzling beef dish. The steamed chicken with ginger sauce is always good.

Everything we ordered was amazing. Crab wonton were homemade. Jellyfish salad rocked crispy oysters were so tender. Calamari best I have ever had Peking duck was so tender and juicy.. bbq pork fried rice was soo yummy. And everything else just perfectly cooked.

This meal was amazing. We got Hong Kong style lobster, wonton soup, and Chinese broccoli served family style. The lobster was gigantic and succulent. The spices were a great addition. The soup was “soup-er” flavorful. Also, the service was great! The staff went above and beyond to help us. I can’t wait to go back!

Delicious & fresh food. Great service and friendly staff. I held my wedding dinner banquet here and it was phenomenal. Everybody had a great time and I received so many compliments on the food. We did a 10 course menu (a must for a wedding) and it was all so tasty - fish maw soup, roast duck, calamari, and walnut shrimp were some of my favorites. Anybody you invite to PC Seafood will surely leave satisfied and be back for more. Thank you to the manager, Helen, and her family who helped and communicated with me and wedding coordinator throughout the planning process. From meeting with me to discuss the menu, and answering questions regarding vendors expectations, PC Seafood helped me execute such a fun and memorable party for me and my family. Highly recommend them for all occasions!

PC seafood is such a delicious place and with good service. We had to order everything at the beginning and couldn't add anything else later since they were busy, just to note. The eggplant dishes are amazing. We got mostly veggie dishes and duck and all were great. They also gave us refreshing orange slices at the end of the meal. I'll be back soon!!

The best Chinese food in SE Portland. The roast duck is amazing, and the salt & pepper pork chops are deliciously tasty entree as well. The dry crispy fried string beans are a yummy appetizer. The service is friendly, and impeccable. There is an extensive menu and I look forward to trying it all!
