Definitely a very large dining room inside that you cannot really see from the outside. We were here on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised to be seated right away as we often see an overflow of customers waiting outside the doors. They have your typical dim sum fare at decent prices. Three women were pushing the carts around to the tables. We were serviced quickly and were able to find all of the items that we wanted. The quality was good and tasted delicious just like what you would expect for a restaurant like this. Additional items can be ordered from the kitchen. I will have to come back to try their dinner menu. Definitely one of the best dim sum restaurants in the Phoenix area.
A dim sum restaurant. It’s good to have many dishes at the same time because the amount of each dish is not much. The staff is friendly as well. Somehow, their menu is lack of pictures and they were in hurry to ask you what you want and this gave customer a little bit of pressure. Anyway, it’s not an expensive place to have meal and the quality is above the average.
Our meal was really good. The roast pork fried rice was excellent. The fried dumplings were ok but not awesome. They could have used a delicious sauce to dip them in. The shrimp in garlic sauce and chicken and vegetables were very good. I was disappointed that it wasn’t a Coke establishment since I love Coke with Chinese food.
We went here for some Dim Sum and were greeted right away and shown our seat. Our server came by and got our drink order. The women with the Dim Sum cart came by and we started ordering the different items. All were hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. They also have great Peking Duck. Cannot wait to return.
1st time at Phoenix Palace was good, and the service was very good. The carts were around, and I never had to wait on a cart. Although I love Great Wall ? but Palace seems to have more dim sum
Today I had Dim Sum here for lunch and the food was good. They serve Dim Sum daily stopping at 3pm. They also offer a full menu serving all the expected dishes. Phoenix Palace is located in the city of Chandler, off of North Dobson Road. The restaurant is pretty big with many tables. I wouldn't expect many long lines The staff is friendly and service is fast. Check this place out
It's one of the authentic Cantonese restaurants I have been to, as a Chinese and food lover, specially Cantonese dim sum fans, I do highly recommend it. In Hong Kong they serve with cart around, it's the same here. Order the noodles, it's giant!
Wow! Such an authentic experience — with friendly staff, hot dim sum, and a beautiful environment — this is how to enjoy real Chinese food. We didn’t know everything we were eating, but it was all super tasty!
