I LOVED the experience I had here. It was my first time, I made no reservations but the hostess was super sweet about accommodating my friend and I. Hung out in The rabbit hole until the bar opened up spots for us. The vibe was so awesome ? the bartenders are super cute, friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they made for us ( at the ? ?bar) you can tell this place hired the best. They are all artist ? .. the entire staff there was simply amazing. The food was delicious, the drinks omg! ?? a little pricey at the downstairs bar tho ? $20+ u just tell them your alcohol of choice and based on that they create a drink. So you don't know how much your paying until it's served. Is all good though because it was a great experience. The bar upstairs has a menu of the drinks and food, the drinks are fairly priced $15-18 . I had a GEM delicious drink, truffle fries, fried shrimp. All delicious. I will be back ! highly recommended this place!
Such a magical little spot! The decor is so detailed, really an experience. What says down the rabbit hole like upside down Tiffany lamps? ?❤️? great drinks and i love that they have spaces where the music is louder (club vibe) but others where it’s still present but it’s soft enough that you can still have a conversation easily. (Side bar area upstairs and speakeasy downtown stairs)Great spot for a date when you want have a drink and be able to have a rich convo with alluring decor to inspire. ?
Parking is terrible food is basic had the probation burger and bun is really dry. Drinks are over priced they charge for everything they charge $25 just to bring cake from outside like is the cake going to have its own table lol
I stumbled upon this place while looking for another bar and I'm so glad I did. I love the vibes and the service was great. Not too crowded and very nice people..both workers and patrons alike. I also had the best Manhattan I've ever drank! I regret not remembering the lady bartenders name who made it but WOW! Perfection! I definitely recommend this restaurant/bar if you're looking for a chill night with some friends or just grabbing a drink alone. Regrettably I didn't have any food but next time I will!
Made reservations for 2 people for 10:15 wasn’t seated until about 10:45. They advised us to sit at the bar, wasn’t acknowledged at the bar until the hostess sat another couple. The mac n cheese and the endless summer drink was really good. We ordered our steak medium but received it well done. Overall the vibes were nice. We may or may not visit again.
No good customer service. We left to the bathroom and came back to all our stuff picked up. The food got there and we had to literally look for someone to bring us utensils. We ordered a drink and they were never brought to us. The staff is just as weird as all the other customers the food was ok. And you can’t even substitute a side on your plate lol they make you buy a whole 20$ side. They ran out of salmon and mushroom tacos. I suggest they invest in better staff and better food. That’s why they don’t succeed at their full potential.
I went out with my best friend last night and we had an excellent evening at ProAbition DTLA. We had seen the place from a distance a couple of times while walking on Main; we decided to try this place and we loved it. We ordered some nice cold lagers that were served on cut glass highballs...totally Great Gatsby. We tried their yellowtail Crudo and a spicy ginger sashimi style Crudo and both were excellent. The Tiffany lamps set on the ceiling are like a modern Garden of Babylon...full of color and light. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with any requests.
Food was just ok, nothing to write home about. Service was good, fast, and courteous. Bar downstairs was excellent. Music was a bit too loud, making it hard to have a conversation, although there were a lot of good 'ol times favorites, so we enjoyed them.
