Punch Bowl Social San Diego

Flavors on the food were relatively mild and the cocktails were good but weaker than expected. Overall it was an interesting venue with slightly overpriced food/drinks. I had a fried chicken sandwich and fries for similar price at Queenstown a day earlier and it was vastly superior. Both the food and cocktails at Crack Shack are also better and more affordable.

nice ambience and pretty looking drinks. the food is very americanized but it's expected, tasty nonetheless. don't be fooled by the game room talk, there's very little so don't bring small children. they have board games and decently priced bowling though. will be returning :)

I didn’t get to sample any of the games so my review is only on the food. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was well cooked and the pancakes were nice but the dish needed way more maple syrup there was barely any on the waffles or the chicken so both lacked flavor. The tres leches cake for dessert was nice

It is hard to describe this place, but it is a bar where you can play a lot of different games - they have board games, arcade games, dart, a bowling alley, a shuffle board, giant Jenga, and lots more. They also serve nice food and drinks here, and everything is served with a smile. I had a blast here and I will definitely come back the next time I visit San Diego.

Cool place. It was refreshing to see actual table games and not just your typical barcade games. Lots of fun ones like shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, bowling, foosball, cornhole, skee-ball, a giant scrabble board, even a few arcade ones....and yes a karaoke room. Bowling is less expensive than some nearby bowling alleys, darts and other games are free. If you plan on bowling don't forget to bring socks. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but did have a cappuccino and latte along with a blueberry lemonade fizz(sour) and a strawberry rhubarb fizz(sweet). Skip them. They do have a full bar though.

First time in San Diego and wanted to go somewhere fun to start the night off. Looked up places to go and ended up here first. Honestly was a great choice. Food was good, the games were fun and we had an amazing server by the name of Chelsea. Great personality, fun loving spirit and just an awesome person. Definitely plan on coming back here again soon.

Super fun place! The service was excellent & fast while we were bowling. The ONLY thing is those bathrooms. I actually waited to go at home, because it looked like a truck stop restroom in there. ?

I’m very dissatisfied with Punch bowl. We sat in the dinning room for 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged we was there despite there only being 3 other tables in the restaurant. I had to find a server and ask them to serve us to which was very poor. We did not feel welcome at all. I ordered the Alabama chicken burger. I ate half the burger very quickly as I was very hungry and then discovered half way through the chicken was Raw… I have been very ill all day today (Next day) the situation was dealt with badly. They asked if I wanted something else to which I said no. Then asked me if I wanted the item comped, of course I do!? The sever came back with the check 3 times as each time there was a mistake with taking off the comped meal. As I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years now, if something ever happened like that the whole meal would be comped and a manger would be over immediately to express an apology. He came as we was about to walk out with a $10 gift card which I appreciate but it was too late. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend getting chicken.
