Ramen Maruya

Could be a 4 or 5 star but… This place is crowded most of the time probably because of location and convenience of you are shopping in this area. It has a very nice appeal but slightly elevated prices. Service is good although I had to wave our server quite a bit because he forgot many things including food items we ordered. Our server had a pleasant demeanor and tried to accommodate us even with the busy atmosphere. Food was tasty but keep in mind that there are many ramen venues to choose from in this area within walking distance. I felt that servings are adequate but I’ve had better places for less even though this one is still satisfactory. Nice place and pleasant people and if you don’t feel like checking out several places this place is fine.

So I'm giving this meal 2 stars. It wasn't very good. I ordered a Salmon bento box and my salmon was dry despite it being covered in teriyaki sauce, weird. Now maybe this is my fault, maybe I should have ordered Ramen at a ramen shop and not a bento box. I remember this place having good food before the pandemic. I also ordered Tuna Sashimi and that was a 4 star, not bad. My fried chicken was Luke warm but the salmon was piping hot. I'm going to say, avoid the Salmon bento box and stick to Ramen.

Japanese Village gets busy and Ramen Maruya has friendly staff, the space and quality food you can enjoy, Def worth stopping in and they have have way more than ramen.I took a pic of their menu to give you a better idea of what they offer. Enjoy yourself.

I went with a friend, and it was absolutely delicious! Some types of sushi are more expensive than others, however it is completely worth it. The freshwater eel was mouthwateringly fresh, and the Miso Ramen was close to authentic ramen! I would definitely recommend this place!

Such amazing food. The line to get in on a Saturday was long. But the staff was fast and had outdoor dining. The staff is very friendly and very fast to get your drinks to orders. Food was amazing. Got the fire dragon roll with miso ramen. All of it was good and filling. And the prices was great. Worth checking out in your in the area.

Delicious meal, especially the chashu ramen. Be warned - the portion is HUGE (at least for me - my eyes were much bigger than my stomach and there was plenty to take home).

I think this place has the best bento combo. The amount is fantastic. Their sushi and handrolls are on point! I had the Hamachi and the spicy scallop handroll. Excellent stuff and my wife couldn't dent the bento!

Unbelievable! I'm speechless from how amazing this meal was. The service was fast and friendly. Left me feeling full and cozy. The ramen and broth were so full of flavour and I was amazed by how big the portion size was on the side I got, the Port Katsu Don. It was so delicious.
