Cool hotel with a pool & a rooftop bar. Trendy, vintage-inspired hotel featuring a rooftop bar & an ice pop stand, plus an outdoor pool.
We got a room block here for our wedding! There were some issues with the link and booking rooms, but they sorted everything out promptly. This was the perfect vibe for our wedding weekend, and our guests are still gushing about it! We loved the unique details, from the pop stand at check-in to the vinyl library available to guests. The food is fantastic. Lylo's Swim Club is their gem and must-do if you stay at Rise.
I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk (so sorry I can’t remember her name!!) was incredibly sweet and helpful to check us in. From there we were met with the CUTEST views everywhere we looked, an amazing property with lovely amenities and thoughtful touches. Most importantly the BED!!! It was so comfortable I have been so sad at every hotel since. The outdoor lounge area was adorable and so comfy, I could have stayed there all day!!! This was the perfect place to begin our visit to Phoenix. It was a good location too, not too close to downtown where I would have maybe felt overwhelmed, but close enough to everything we wanted to see! I can’t wait to recommend this place to everyone!
Such a cute and funky hotel! The room was cool and very industrial. The bed was super comfy. The pool area was fun and easy to access. The food was really good too! And actually good, not "good for a hotel"
Overall we were very happy with our room. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great. We had a great time at the pool as well. My only complaint is that our room was right underneath the rooftop bar, so we could hear the music and walking until about 1;15 am. When I texted to ask if they could shut off the music they did promptly but we are definitely a little tired. Would 100% stay here again, just make sure to ask for a room away from the bar.
Where do I start…I loved everything about this hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and so the retro decor is perfection. The staff is AMAZING. Their customer service is top notch. The pool and bar area is so cute. The food and drinks are so good. Still craving the fries with KBBQ and the Mr. Hendricks. Can’t wait to stay here again.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Clean, hip, modern rooms with sizable beds. The rooms were outfitted with a record player and curated record collection, a great collection of furniture and embellishments, and thoughtful design and architecture all around. The hotel doesn't stop there, though! There's popsicles (some boozy!) upon check in, relaxing pool and hot tub with generously-sized lounge chairs, an adjacent tiki bar, a game-filled turf lawn, rooftop leather-infused classic cocktail lounge (phenomenal drink lineup), and a coffee shop for your mornings with smooth espresso. What more could you ask for from a hotel?? On top of it all, every single staff member we interacted with was a joy, ready and willing to help (especially Sarah R, phenomenal staff member!!). We can't wait to be back!!
We spent most of our stay pool side and near the bar. The server and service was incredible! The rooms are wonderful too. The rooms are spacious with roomy baths as well. The bed was VERY comfy and they have smart tvs in the rooms!!! You do NOT feel like the hotel is located on a major road with a trolley/train that goes by. The place is surprisingly quiet. There's a small area outside the pool/bar area that is a nice lounging area that also has a couple of Foosball tables. Oh, don't forget your free popsicle at the front desk! We will most certainly be coming back!
Went on a resort pass. Disappointed. Whirlpool was cold. Customer service IS AWESOME. Drinks were blah. They make them look pretty but were bad. I ordered a mango-frozen margarita. Food was ok. Burger and fries. Not the best menu Place is smaller than it looked. We got a dirty menu. Made me not want to eat there. Bathroom was clean. They offer towels they looked kinda dingy. They should make pass $10. Twenty was too much for so less.
