This place is a real gem amongst the Paradise Valley area. My husband and I have been here three times now and each time Rusconi’s did not disappoint! The restaurant is chef owned and operated which means the menu always seems to have something new and exciting to try. The thoughtfulness behind the dishes is a real delight as the chef takes a standard dish and adds his own creative twists! I definitely recommend the grilled tenderloin medallions. Each bite melts in your mouth and the truffle scented mac and cheese was to die for! This restaurant is on the medium to high priced side. Altogether our meal came to $170 before tip with one appetizer, one soup, two entrees, two cocktails and of course we had to try the dessert! Overall, I would say it’s well worth it for a delicious meal that supports a locally owned restaurant with such thoughtful selections. Enjoy!

We had the best experience and are already looking forward to coming back. The food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Fritz, was so friendly and helpful and he made the experience that much better. We could go on and on about the amazing food, stellar drinks and wonderful staff. Thank you Rusconi's for making our date night so memorable.

Small, cozy restaurant. We saw this place on restaurant week and menu was appealing. Food was delicious and fresh. All our selections were perfectly seasoned. We plan to come back for brunch. It was a 50 minute drive for us but well worth it. They get busy so make reservations.

Go here for brunch! They have amazing cocktails and the shrimp avocado toast with an egg on top is to die for. The gin cocktails in particular are super fresh and tasty. The banana fosters French toast is fantastic. Brunch is only on Saturday and Sunday but it’s worth it. Smaller patio but well done. Way better than the breakfast place next door.

Definitely need a reservation, but worth it. Use OpenTable. They can get lost in the strip mall. We didn't have a reservation, but were able to have dinner at the bar. Almost a dinner and a show at the bar. The ladies took great care of us. Fantastic that they have gluten free options. Excellent mixed drinks and a good diversified wine list. Even with an almost full restaurant our food came out quickly.

This is the hidden gem you wish you knew about. Don't let the location fool you. It's spacious, opens to a friendly bar area with a bartender that knows how to make a mean (and delicious) pear martini. The menu is refreshing and changes regularly. We celebrated a birthday and every entree was enjoyed. I had the filet with truffle Mac & cheese and ate every bite. What really stands out here though is the staff. They're professional, yet warm and friendly. The place was booked solid with regulars, many of whom hugged their waitstaff. This place is for more than a meal, and I love that. I'll be back!

My wife and I decided to try Rusconi's for restaurant week and we're pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was excellent. However, there was only one problem. It's was just barely warm and some of my wife's potatoes were actually cold. We didn't complain because the flavors were so amazing and we just couldn't part with the food. It was fairly busy but not crowded at all, it was 6 in the eve and starting to pick up. My wife had the salmon and I had the scallops. Both had excellent flavors and were prepared well, just were not hot, or even close. I can tell by the crowds and the clientele that this is a popular spot and they have tons of regulars so Rusconi's will do well. But we probably won't be back because we drive by The Gladly, The Collins, Beckett's, Chelsea's, Buck and Rider, Vincent's, Tomaso's and Tarbell's to get there, so it would have to be off the chain to get us out of the neighborhood. It was probably just a one-off situation but just another metric of the highly competitive nature of the restaurant business and how one experience has a tendency to define a customer's visit. But we wish Rusconi's well, they have an excellent product and obviously an avid following, good luck to you guys and ladies.

First time, recommendation from friends. Atmosphere was warm and friendly with a good vibe. My husband had the burger with a side of grits. Presentation was great and food was cooked as ordered and tasteful. I ordered the short ribs with risotto and Brussel sprouts. The flavors were amazing however the short ribs were not tender which was a bit disappointing. All in all it was a nice evening with acceptable food but due to the distance from our house we probably won’t frequent to often.
