I recently dined at SAGA and was blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we stepped off the elevator on the 63rd floor and were greeted with panoramic views of the city, we knew we were in for a treat. The chef's tasting menu was truly a culinary journey, with each course carefully curated and expertly prepared. The flavors were bold and innovative, and the presentation of each dish was truly artful. The service was impeccable, with our waitstaff attending to our every need and answering any questions we had about the dishes. The sommelier expertly paired each course with the perfect wine, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, SAGA is a standout fine dining destination that exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Manhattan.

Spectacular dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was well executed, inventive, beautifully presented, delicious, and balanced. And there were a lot of dishes. The service was great, and the space was airy, with a spectacular view. Throughout the course of the meal, the guests didn’t just sit still all in one place. From the pre-meal cocktail at the bar and then roof deck, to the tea ceremony in a different space, the guests are expected to move, and I really love that. It felt like I was visiting the chef’s home.

Excellent meal and really well orchestrated. Perfect for a special event or celebration. Upon getting off the elevator we were greeted at the bar and offered complimentary cocktails in a choice of 4 "flavor profiles". We were then escorted out onto the terrace to enjoy drinks with a view. And what a view! There was a fabulous view to the north, east and south, and fortunately the weather was lovely. Next, while still on the terrace, we were give an overview of the dinner with the waiter who also took our selection for the main savory course (duck or lamb) and desserts. After drinks we were escorted to our table for a delicious meal. The courses flowed well and the balance of flavors was great. After the main course there was a tea service on another glassed in terrace which worked well. I had hear some earlier criticism about awkward flow to the dinner with too much moving about, but I think whatever changes were made worked spectacularly well. I look forward to dining there again.

This was the best dining experience we have had. Spectacular attention to detail, wonderful staff, amazing views, delicious and interesting food. I think the big question we had going in was "is it worth the price?" We are willing to spend money on good food/experiences, but we aren't wealthy so it is a little nerve-wracking dropping this much money and hoping for the best. Let me tell you - it was worth every penny and I would do it again. The pacing was perfect. We were there I think maybe 3 hours or something like that? But it never dragged, nor did we ever feel rushed. The staff took the time to talk to us about their favorites or to explain things in detail when we had questions. A great as everything else was, it's the people that make this place. There are tons of reasons to love this place, and I feel like they mostly get covered in other reviews, but the one thing that really stood out for us, although seemingly a small piece of the experience, was the Moroccan tea time. For 10 minutes, we were alone, quiet, serene...in NYC. This was the only 10 minutes of our great experience in NYC where we felt like we got a minute to just be.

Come to Saga for stunning views of NYC and a curated fine dining experience. All the dishes were exquisite in their presentation. The Arctic Char was my favorite dish, followed by the salad and the chocolate dessert. I personally found the Roast Duck chewy (it's not my preferred choice of meat) but it was still good. Overall, I'd recommend a visit Saga for a special celebration, provided you're able to secure a reservation (they're hard to come by).

Had a great time here. Arrived around sunset time and saw a great view. Only one of the two balconies has a good view of sunset. Food is great too. Dry aged duck is full of flavors and dishes that have Moroccan and Asian influence combined great flavor with good ingredients and techniques!

It’s my best romantic dinner night, I wish the time could stop there and unforgettable night! I was so lucky met a friend who worked in SAGA and cooked for us 2 weeks ago! I recommended my sister, friends and family. They were going to excited to go SAGA soon! I hope it could help SAGA and support them! My favorite meal was main food with duck ! I hope SAGA could help main food Alex become a successful and famous chefs one day! Best Michelin chef in NYC! Who was very working hard and used his heart and so much souls in the food, so much joyful and happiness! I would like come back again! Better than Pre Se! ❤️?

Everything was exceptionally prepared and presented here. I also loved the vibe that the playlist and individual personalities brought. For how refined the food was, SAGA didn't feel stuffy or intimidating. Many dishes had personal origin stories and points of inspiration, which I appreciate. Definitely get the wine pairing. You won't be disappointed.
