Sams Burger Joint

The burgers were so delicious here. The seasoning they use in the meat so great. It was my first time here so I tried the slider trio and the fried mushrooms something different instead of the fries. The cashiers recommendations were spot on. My favorite was the mushroom swiss. Next time I'm gonna try the bigger version.

You can never go wrong at Sam's. I've yet to experience anything that didn't taste delicious. On this last visit, I had the Bean Burger and it was delicious. They serve ice cold beers and have a full bar. The music hall is also a great venue to catch a concert at. Get there early or reserve a table because space is limited, but still overall a fantastic place.

Hadn’t been here since before the pandemic shutdowns. I’d forgotten how good the burgers are. The food is still great, the server and cashier were both very friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back the next time I’m craving a juicy burger.

Saw the amazing reviews so I had to check it out. At best this burger is MID. Paying $12 (no fries included) for a burger I would expect it to be delicious! The beef did not taste seasoned at all. Not even salt and pepper. The fries were okay. Not to mention the guy who took our order did not have ANY type of hospitality. My friend asked about drinks and he said “idk that’s the bar over there and you can ask them”. Not to mention I asked if they had Mayo and he said “it’s a burger place of course we have mayonnaise”. Then proceeded to say “I’m just going to give you everything on the side so you can put it on the burger yourself”. Got my burger and didn’t have my mayonnaise on the side nor on my burger. The females were kind though so thank y’all for that!

YOU NEED TO COME HERE! My boyfriend suggested this place for a casual date night and I’m glad he did. First off, the employees were so nice & helpful. Then not even 5 mins later do we get our food. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. I’m not even kidding, probably the best burger I’ve ever had. I got a cheeseburger with everything on it sub raw onions with grilled ones. And let me tell u, I was seriously stunned on how good & juicy the burger was. I will definitely be coming here again. Unfortunately, my boyfriend & I didn’t watch the live band but that’s a must for next time. You need to try this place!

This was a random pick for lunch and we struck gold. If you're in San Antonio and want a burger, do yourself a favor and come here. Friendly and helpful staff and one of the best burgers I've ever had. Lots of nostalgia to enjoy, fun atmosphere!

Pretty decent burgers, my burger was cooked well done rather than medium so over all it was dry but the fries are really good. Fried Pickles are a hit or miss, I personally didn’t like the aftertaste of it itself. I’d come back if I was in the area.

Went for a late dinner, service was great and friendly. We sat outside and the food was brought out to us. Burgers were excellent and juicy, be sure and ask for any extra condiments when ordering cause we forgot but they were helpful about it.
