Absolutely love this hotel! Location, modern, professional service and nice selection of both hot/cold and made to order eggs for buffet breakfast in the morning! We got a suite room with a bar and a big dining table and the view is awesome! It is great for family game and meal. This hotel is in a great location which connect to the shopping mall so you can walk (in AC :) within hotel to the mall and get back in with your key card! It is across from convention center which is convenient so we can just walk there for the event. However the parking ticket at the hotel is a bit high. Please check the price so you can calculate the budget of your stay. Pool and gym area is great for our family! We all enjoy using them. I like the fact that they have a small cafe that also sell food, drinks (including alcohol) and basic necessities for traveler at a reasonable price and I can still get good coffee:) We would definitely come back to this hotel again!

The room was nice, but the heated indoor pool was not functional (it was 40 degrees). Normally this would not be a big deal except that was the reason we chose this hotel. Promises were made to our four year old (bummer of a stay). UPDATE. The manager, Precious, helped us use the hotel pool at the sister property. My son had a blast. Thanks again!

I thought the facility was very clean and staff was friendly. The pool was super nice. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing. The drinks were a bit pricey but you could go right around the corner for drinks at half the price. With an easy walk to Alamo and Riverwalk this hotel was great.

Chose here due to great location, easy access to river walk, restaurants and mall. The lobby is gorgeous, vibrant, fancy and great scent…the front desk was super nice and inviting, however, the room itself is outdated and the cleanliness was bit questionable. See few oily hand/finger prints on chair and desk. When I wanted to watch TV, the remote grossed me out. I hope they can do a better job sanitizing after each checkout. I’m Bonvoy Gold member for years, this one fell on the bottom of my list.

The Marriott Rivercenter is located right next door to the mall. Don't get confused as there is another Marriott directly across the street. The lobby is impressive with a ton of seating, nice clean open feel and cold ac. The elevators are next level! You scan your room key outside the elevator doors and it will direct you to the specific elevator for your floor. No more touching buttons and its motion activated. I recieved a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 32nd floor which was nice. The suite was large and relaxing. The bed was soft and the water pressure was decent. There was a mini fridge in the bedroom. Ian at the front desk was great as were all the other employees I came into contact with. They do have complimentary toothbrushes at the front desk if you left yours at home like I did. The room was clean overall. I deducted a star for a long hair I found on the side of the shower and wiring hanging down in front of the living room window.

Very nice hotel; staff exceptionally helpful. Not impressed by the "rooms made up only on request or every 7 days" policy, mainly because they try to claim it is for sanitary protection rather than to reduce labor costs. Not an appropriate shortcut for a hotel of this quality and price. That is only reason 4* instead of 5*. Beware if you drive or rent a car - guest parking it $42 per day plus tax. Cool elevator tech - no floor buttons, you select outside and it chooses the optimal elevator for you. If on floor 25, use a 25 and above elevator for an express ride rather than a floor 1-25 elevator. Few in-room amenities - no mini fridge. Glass tabletop does not work with optical mouse.

Very nice hotel, the beds are very comfortable. The city views are amazing if you stay at a high floor. I stayed at the 37th floor. The bathroom also is nice with a standing shower. The room size is alright but not too big.

Wow, Marriott exceeded my expectations! The staff in the lounge on the 26th floor is exceptional, especially Josiah. He was so personable and made sure my family and friends were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!
