Dining room was open and airy and service was fairly good however the food was a bit of a disappointment. Ordered the Tagliatelle with bolognese and was served a bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. Apparently they were out of Tagliatelle and didn't think it necessary to inform me of a substitution. I changed my order as what was presented was wholly unappealing unless you were 6 years old leaving my partners to sit and wait while her meal got cold. No offer to remake hers to serve us at the same time, as if it was a fast food order instead of a dining experience. The dishes were nothing special, the Goat cheese agnolotti was overly sweet. Cavatelli with crab and corn sauce was very heavy handed. Did not live up to expectations, especially with so many alternatives in walking distance.
Love the AIR like ambiance in the place, the food was NEXT LEVEL DELICIOUS. Their Branzino (Fish) was to perfection, then the veggies ? OMG my mouth was having a PARTY with all of the flavors that was dancing on my pallet. I look forward to eating this again & again. CHEF ?? KISS to team SAVOCA. Dessert did not disappoint, loved it!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. The server, Gabrielle, was wonderful. At the end of our meal, she came to us to let us know that her shift was over, brought us our bill, told us that we could take our time and quietly said, "I took care of dessert." We didn't understand what she meant until we looked at the bill and noticed that she gave us the dessert. We were pleasantly surprised. Left her a big tip to show her our appreciation for the kindness. We returned to the restaurant everyday for breakfast and dinner. The staff are friendly and professional; the restaurant food is amazing!
Nice hotel restaurant with made to order omelets, eggs and French toast with buffet. Menu for lunch and dinner not anything special, but food was good. Protein options are limited.
Blah!!! I didn’t like this too much at all. Food wasn’t good in my opinion. Service was great, wine was great, ambiance is chill— but remember it’s attached to a hotel so it can get loud w| crowds. I would only go back to get wine. *shrugs*
Best thing about this place is the egg station as it’s the only dish you can be sure is being made fresh. We ate lunch here too thinking it’d be good but we’re wrong. Margherita pizza was barely warm perhaps because it was just microwaved as it’d clearly been nowhere near an oven for quite some time. Burger nothing special. The oro salmon also basic as were the salads. It’s a 4-5 star hotel restaurant so you’d expect more. If you have to eat here, expect less and you won’t be disappointed.
I had the best salmon ever for dinner!! It just melted in your mouth . I want to eat it again!! You need to try it out!!!
My friend & I couldn't wait an hour at other restaurants for dinner in LA Live due to the Kings Game start time. We walked around the corner to find Savoca. We were just going to grab an appetizer at the bar, but the restaurant Matredee said he could seat us right away. The food and service was excellent and we got to the game with time to spare.
